The shop was a good size and I could get in and around in my power wheelchair also will be able to slide onto the pedicure seats. The staff were friendly and helpful they were able to do my nails similar to the design I created.

I am super picky about my nails, and typically get a lot of artwork and detail. I stopped going to local shops long ago because the quality of work was awful, and the prices continued to skyrocket for bad work. My goto nail tech left and I found myself scrambling to find a place to meet my picky needs . Someone referred me to All Seasons and I was reluctant to go, but did and I am so glad that I did! Mason is amazing and no matter that I have given him as inspo he hits it every time! The quality of work of chefs kiss and they last forever without lifting or chipping! I am sure the rest of the team is equally as talented. Pricing seems to be aligned with industry standard. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, if that for an appointment. If you like detailed art work, with the tech not trying to talk you out of your choices, and great end result book with Mason! You will not be disappointed !

Such a great experience at this salon. So easy to book appointments ahead of time online, got right in at my appointment time. The nail tech Donna was AMAZING! She was meticulous and detailed in her work. She even first tested the cat eye effect on a spare nail tip to ensure I would like the color and design first before adding to my actual nails.

My experience was... bizarre, honestly. I almost never get my nails done so maybe my expectations were just too high? When I first arrived I checked in for my appointment. I was asked what I wanted which was a basic gel polish manicure. I then was seated at one of the stations where I met my technician. The technician was pretty rough with me. I bled a couple of times as she picked at my cuticles (at least I think that's what she was doing). I have pretty sensitive hands so I was uncomfortable the entire time. I also have social anxiety so while I didn't directly say anything, I could not hide my pained expressions. Plus there was obvious blood. She did not say anything, just wiped the blood away and continued. Also, the entire time, she said maybe 3 words. I understood there was a language barrier, but even trying to make small talk would have been pleasant. Then came time for polish. I pointed at the color I wanted. It was cute enough. But the execution was not cute. The nail tech used her nail to dig into the sides and underneath my nails to get rid of excess polish and I thought that was really weird and sort of gross?? Anyways, the polish job is not really that good. I wish it was tidier and more even in coverage. I also wanted to see if there was any chance I could get shaping done to my short nails but I wasn't asked any questions about my preferences because as I said before, there was maybe three words spoken by the tech the entire time. One other thing I noticed is that the phone rang like 4 or 5 times during my appointment. There were multiple techs sitting around on their phones and a front desk receptionist on his phone as well. NOBODY picked up the calls. They just kept ringing and ringing. Mind you this place was empty. I was the only one there for a while until like 3 other people showed up, but even then it was totally dead in there. This just irked me as poor customer service. Overall I came out of there disappointed and I won't be back. I won't necessarily talk crap about this place to others but I will warn them of what my personal experience was. I am really sad because I just wanted to treat myself to a little pampering but I was so uncomfortable the whole time and did not feel well taken care of. Maybe it's my own fault for being timid. Either or, I hope that my feedback is taken into consideration.

I don't even leave reviews but this was ridiculous. Didn't have the great experience others seemed to. Technician was nice enough, but cut my finger so badly in the middle of my manicure that it's still bleeding quite a bit now well after getting home. Band-aid picture was only less than a minute after putting it on (at home, the technician didn't offer a Band-Aid after seeing how badly it was bleeding nor did he apologize -- after seeing me patting blood he just said "it's fine, it's fine" and worked around the bleeding). Outside of that, nails and service were just okay.
