5 Star Nails

I had a 1:00pm appointment today with Ashley. She was running a little behind due to the customer before me and I was slightly worried due to being on on my lunch hour. However, she was able to get me back and done with impeccable timing, and I was back to work with time to spare. Definitely 5 star work at 5 Star Nails!

I have always had good service until now. My nails were terrible , and I was so upset I asked for a coffin french. The man could not understand what I asked and did whatever he wanted. Did not even bother to shape the polish I had straight lines across the nail. I should not have paid. I should've spoken up, but I did not want to hurt his feelings. He did not understand what I was saying anyway. they had a young girl who was training, and she did my toes she did not understand English either. They used to have a staff of very talented nail techs. I'm not sure what happened this day. I sent a message to the shop, and still no reply has been over a week. They lost my business. But why should they care? They ruined my nails. And got my money. I had to go elsewhere to have them redone. I was in a wedding that weekend, and they cost me $70.00, then $30.00 more to have them reshaped and painted elsewhere. Their work on the right and the left is the work of Erik Rosa Da-king of nails in the 989! 5 star Very disappointed

Sadie focused so much on my nails. Not just the polish, but also the length and shape. She seemed slow, but I was okay with it (1 hr 45 min). I went from naked nails to needing a full set of acrylic. I let her take free-reign for my beetlejuice costume nails, and she did not disappoint. The technician next to Sadie, Erica, was a great conversationalist, and if you want a snazzy design, I saw her do two really cute ones. Loved it and will be back. Edit: came back and got a cute thanksgiving set of colors. I love giving the workers free reign at my nails Edit 2: I came in with a bit of a difficult idea for Christmas, but Erica handled it with ease. Edit 3: I solely go to Erica now for fabulous nails and a good experience.

Unfortunately this will be my first and last visit. The entire appointment felt rushed and for $90, I expected better quality. My cuticles are really bad and polish job was also poor. Please pay more attention and don’t rush customer, especially if you are charging more than other salons.
