I got my hair done by Morgan a few months ago. I’ve previously gotten my hair done by her, but I was postpartum and desperate to feel confident in myself so I booked another appointment to see Morgan. I asked for a balayage. She said it would be no problem and gave me a price. I specifically requested that my shadow route didn’t go way too far down my head because I wanted to live in it a little bit longer. She said no problem. I’m going to attach a picture. But I asked for a shorter root tap. She said she got it. I survived Covid. I watched enough, Brad Mondo to know that you do not put bleach on your ends and roots at the same time because it will over process as the manager of the salon. I assumed Morgan knew this so when she proceeded to brush bleach all over my roots for a balayage, I assumed she knew what she was doing…? My head started to get hot My hair started smoke and Morgan came running over to me frantic saying that nothing like this has ever happened before. She proceeded to tone my hair, but my hair was yellow and oranger than hay and at least 3 different colors…. I said if we needed to cut off all the stuff she fried off, we could do that. She said we didn’t need to. I said if we needed to go darker to cover the fact that my hair was unevenly bleached we could do that and she said it was okay. Two days went by and I was sobbing absolutely miserable, my beautiful long hair is now falling out in clumps. I can’t brush my hair comb my hair run my fingers through my hair or braid my hair because my hair is stretchy. And you will see a photo today of just how much hair I have lost. It looks like I have layers in my hair when in all actuality it’s just breakage. I did recently see another stylist to fix this. I understand getting my hair done again there will be more damage. The girl who fixed my hair did absolutely incredible and she was very mindful about preserving what little hair health I had left. To say my hair fell out after I saw someone else would be unfair as well. No amount of money in the world can fix your confidence when you’re in that situation. No refund can repair your hair health once it’s fried off. I have years to go to repair what I paid somebody to do. I paid for knowledge and experience and I was not met with that. In return I was reimbursed and blocked.

$170.00 & $30.00 tip I had highlights Plaza hair dye in a blowout. I think it was a bit much for it to come out, looking like this. It’s frizzy looking and it didn’t cover all the gray. Too much money for it to be looking like this.

I went in to have my outrageously long hair cut and donated. Turns out the partner with Wigs4Kids and were able to take care of everything. Had nearly 12 inches! Trish did an excellent job styling everything after the chop.

Such a wonderful salon! Staff is so kind and attentive whether it's speaking to them over the phone or the second you walk through the door. Right away you can tell you are dealing with professionals who value friendly service. I had the pleasure of having Jax cut my hair and she is just awesome!! So easy to talk to and she does impeccable work. I am so totally in love with the cut she gave me, very cute and clean! The salon itself is also very well kept and clean. I love all the plants they have and how much natural light comes in from the windows, it makes for such a relaxing space. My new go to salon and stylist for sure!
