Burnt my nails, pedicure was over $40 for a basic paint, they also only put dots of paint in the middle of my toenails instead of painting the actual full toenail. They also had multiple crooked fingernails, and the nail artist were extremely aggressive and unprofessional Also, they ask you to sign a waiver when you first get into the door, should’ve raised a few red flags!!!! Left the salon feeling like my nails were about to burn off, and I had to put a warm compress on them to just make it stop!!!!

I wish I could give -10 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GOING HERE. My first attempt here, my nails were chopped way shorter than I requested and shaped all wrong. Not just a tiny bit off but severely shaped wrong. I told the tech I was seeing that I cannot have acrylic on my nails because I’m allergic and or cause my hands to itch constantly. I was told “oh this powder is a gel powder”. I am not versed in nail materials so I trusted him and let him finish his poor job. I left the salon after my services. My nails looked awful. I couldn’t return back the next day because I had to leave the country for work for the next 7 days. My hands itched off and on for the duration of that week because the tech had in fact put acrylic on my nails. Finally, finished my work trip and was able to return to the salon a week and half later. I went in spoke with a the front desk manager. Requested he give me someone who was knowledgeable and skilled. Told him about my dissatisfaction with my nails and the use of acrylic. He acknowledged and sent me to the station of Tina. From the beginning she had a nasty attitude about having to do my nail services. I told her what I wanted multiple times and she made every excuse as to why she couldn’t do what I requested, her main reason being that my nails were shaped all differently and they were too short to correct. (An issue cause my one of her colleagues on my previous visit!!!) Which I reminded her of!! She kept the calling the manager over to complain about the service I had asked her to do right in front of me!! Finally I made up my mind to just sit and get through this service, hope for the best, and just try to have my nails presentable for work the next day. I left the salon and the next morning woke up to nails that were completely falling apart. My toe nails were also falling apart. This time I decided that I would call the manager on my way to work and inform him of my disappointment again. I told him that I would not go back into the salon again even if I did have time because they do not value me as a customer and I would be wasting money. I went to work with my nails looking horrible and the second I returned home I went to another salon to fix them. I dispute this charge and I am warning all of you not to go to this salon and suffer the way I did.

My boyfriend and I came for pedicures. We had the milk and honey deluxe pedicure. They used a steamer for our legs and gave us complimentary wine. The service was amazing. Kim gave my boyfriend an excellent massage and made his feet feel so soft. They did a great job with my pedicure and manicure as well very neat and nice shape just how I like it. Loan did my nails and she gave me a great massage and was very gentle. I loved my experience here. I will definitely be back! The salon was so quiet and clean. It was a perfect spa experience. This is the only salon I want to go too. Next time I will get my eyebrows tinted.

I wish I would have looked at some of these reviews beforehand. Asked for gel x, short length, light pink with white chrome. I wanted something cute and dainty, but instead the gel x is so thick it looks like bad press ons. I said multiple times that they were longer than I wanted, and told her in the beginning they didn’t need to be almond, they could’ve been square round, that I didn’t care as long as they were short. My middle finger looks like a clubbed nail because the side is so thick, some nails aren’t on straight. They look messy and cheap and I really hate them. My pedicure was nice, but I didn’t realize the color I picked (on the swatch rack she handed me) was color changing. I’m walking around with 4 toes that are mauve (the color I wanted) and my big toe is lilac. Overall, I won’t be back. I feel like my time and money was wasted. 2 stars because Tina did a beautiful job on my daughter’s nails.

I had Van for my pedicure he was detail oriented & did a great job. I usually see Tina for my nails but she was off so I had Toan for my nails instead. a full set & he was nice & took his time despite working after hours. He did a phenomenal job on my full set french nails coffin shaped. I would definitely come back to them both.
