I’ve been going to Snow for over five years, and I can honestly say she is one of the kindest, hardest-working, and most talented people I’ve ever met. Every single visit, she greets me with warmth, laughter, and genuine care — no matter what kind of day she’s having. Even if she’s not feeling her best or just dealt with a difficult customer, she never lets it affect the experience. She treats every client (including me!) with total respect, professionalism, and heart. Her work is consistently beautiful, detailed, and high-quality across multiple nail styles and techniques — I always leave feeling pampered and confident. But what truly sets her apart is who she is as a person: caring, thoughtful, and full of good energy. I feel so lucky to have found someone who not only does amazing nails but makes every appointment something to look forward to. Snow is an absolute gem — a true professional and a wonderful human being. Highly, highly recommend! 💅💖

Have been going to Oasis for my dip mani since moving to the area over two years ago - prices are super reasonable for the great service, especially compared to salons downtown/in Coolidge Corner where I used to go before my move to ‘burbs. I am usually pretty simple single color dip manicure over my p short natural nails, but occasionally want a fancy design or a glitter ombré; for that Tracy and Snow came highly recommended and have never let me down!

I enjoy coming here! Tracy and the team are awesome! I always go Tracy for my dip and go to Lynn for my pedicure. Always a great job! My dip always last 3-4 weeks. My nail will grow out but the dip polish and design always remain very nice. I will post my pictures from currently done and 3-4 weeks later before I go back and they always look good accept for my nail growing out of course. Tracy and her staff are very friendly and professional! I’ve been going here for a long time. I’ve tried different nail salons but always end up coming back here because of how well they do everything and how clean everything is.

Terrible Nails but a good wax! I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received here. I called to make an appointment for acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing. Tracy on the phone insisted I get dip powder for extensions as it is "better for your nails." She assured me they would be the same price as the acrylics. When I got there I was kept waiting for 35 minutes, which is not uncommon. However, while I was waiting I picked out my color from the samples. They didn't have the color they put out and found something close to it. That was fine, not ideal. The nails themselves took forever and came out uneven. The undersides in particular had globs. I was also surprised when they charged me $55 for the dip nails when I had been promised it would be $35 just like regular acrylics. I noticed a couple days later that the nails looked cracked. Like glass was cracked under the top layer of my nails. Finally, my biggest complaint is that within a little more than a week my nails started CHIPPING FROM THE BOTTOM. I have been getting acrylics and sometimes dip for years now and this has never happened to me. This is not a good nail salon, please do not waste your money on their nails. The waxing service on the other hand, was excellent! I had no issues and they did a great job with my brows!

I will start my review off my saying the nail salon is clean, relatively modern, and has many colors to choose from which are organized well. The owner is pleasant with customers, which makes sense given we’re the ones helping her pay the bills. However, on more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed the owner berate her employees in front of customers. It has been so bad that I’ve second guessed returning. During my last appointment for a dip powder with extensions, the nail tech Snow was 15+ minutes late starting my appointment. She then rushed me to the drying area. I had to call out and ask to be checked out. She came out, laughed and said she forgot about me, put lotion on my hands and left without so much as a goodbye. The following day I realized that one index finger nail was completely crooked and the other was cracked across my nail. I also wanted to get my daughter’s nails done for her birthday party so we went bright and early on Sunday (4/6/25). When we got there the owner greeted us and said my child could get her nails done, told her happy birthday(walk in) and had her pick her colors out. I went to Snows room to get my cracked nail fixed and also mentioned my crooked nail. Figured since I was in the chair it would be worth asking for this to be fixed as well. I’ve had previous appointments and the owner stopped the nail tech from doing my nails and angling her body improperly to make sure my manicure did not come out crooked. However , this time, Snow continued to make excuses. She told me that I should have told her my nail was crooked at my appointment, said it was the angle, and became very petulant. I told her that it was not my job to tell her how to do a manicure and I would not argue with her about a straight nail. Snow began to slam her supplies around. My daughter still did not get her nails done at this point and all of a sudden they “didn’t have time” and asked us to “come back later.” Given she had already consented to the appointment and the salon was hardly full, given it was still very early, I can’t imagine that their treatment of my child was anything less than malice for how they felt about me advocating for myself. This all was avoidable and bad customer service. Oasis lost a potential long term customer. Fortunately there is nothing out of the ordinary at this nail salon that you can’t find at one of the others in the area.
