I fractured my finger a while back and I asked her before the appointment to be gentle and she was very gentle - she asked me after every step if I felt okay with it which I really appreciated. 2025-02-22I have never had a big experience with a manicure before. I wasn’t going to cause a scene. For one, I had told the nail tech the uv light is causing my nails to burn. I never felt this before, I told her. She just stared at me. I said, is this suppose to happen? She finally spoke, and said no. I got an almond shape nail and my nails are not smoothly shaped at the sides. Instead she corrects it by the nail polish, it make that delusion. Worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. First time there and my last. And no I will not call to complain, I’ve said enough here.

At the same time, she is incredibly precise in her work and efficient with her time. I had a mani-pedi and left so happy with everything she did.
