Serenity in the City Salon & Spa

I had the most amazing spa experience at Serenity in the City in Stoneham — it was perfect from beginning to end. The serene, beautifully designed atmosphere immediately set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon of self-care and relaxation. I started with a soothing facial (while my friend had a massage and absolutely raved about it!), followed by some peaceful time in the hot sauna. The highlight of the day, though, was the Spa/Restorative Yoga class with Natalie. She has such a calming, grounded presence and guides the class with so much care and intention. Natalie strikes the perfect balance between gentle movement, deep relaxation, and mindfulness. Her voice, pacing, and energy create a truly restorative experience that leaves you feeling completely renewed — body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Natalie makes everyone feel welcome and supported. I can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a space to unwind, reconnect, and treat yourself, I can’t recommend Serenity in the City — and especially Natalie’s yoga class — highly enough!

I had a wonderful time at Serenity in the City Stoneham! All of the staff are so kind and the space is beautiful. I received a massage from Jill that was the best massage I’ve ever received. I will definitely be back!

I had a big (number) birthday and wanted to do something special with my friends. I booked my spa party with Serenity at the Stoneham location. I worked with Anne, who was incredibly helpful. The owner, Jackie, also provided me with guidance on services, etc. Prior to the party, I received a schedule, the lunch orders were in, my guests were contacted and confirmed by their team, and all I had to do was show up. The day was amazing. I'm not a birthday party person, but this was SO much fun. We had a seated area where we could put some snacks and connect with each other between services. It was lovely. I had an incredible facial by Michelle Sullivan. The Serenity team checked in and had water, fruited water and tea available. We had one hiccup, which was the lunch place wasn't open because of a construction issue. The team (Melissa and Michelle S ) handled it extremely well. We had lunch on time from a different vendor. We also did a yoga class (okay, so I taught it because I do teach there), and Jill C did a fabulous job setting the room up extra specially for me and my guests. All of my guests reported back that their services were incredible and several are booking future services there. I can say that this was such a fabulous experience for me and one of my best birthdays! Thank you SO Much!

I've been seeing Beth at both locations, and she is the only person who I trust with my skin. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and professional, will customize your treatments to perfection, and will make you super relaxed and glowing at the end of the season. Highly recommend seeing Beth).

Serenity is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The front staff person (sorry i did not get her name) in Stoneham was wonderful! I received my first massage today from Heather, she made me feel so comfortable in surroundings and the massage itself was amazing - i will be back :) Heather, thank you, again, so much!
