2025-08-06Absolutely the best! I’ve been here twice (always keep forgetting to leave a review😊). First time I went the woman who did my ombré nails gave me exactly what I asked for. Second time I went and Wanda did her thing! I’m still getting compliments three weeks later and my nails stillll look good!! 10/10 would recommend if you’re in Springfield

2024-11-30I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I recently moved from ct to Springfield and decide to give this place a try because of a friend. The lady that did my feet charged me 50 and I discovered even have acrylic. The other lady that did my hands, you can tell they practicing but i wanted ro give her a chance. Not even 2 weeks and they were popping off, they had bumps in the front tip. It just got horrible quick. I called the place and explain to the owner that it hasn’t been 2 weeks yet and they were falling quick. She said “ oh it depends on your growth and how i take care of them.” I responded with “ i take really good care of them because before i came to you i was going to someone else for over 2 years and i never had a issue, plus they would last me 4 weeks”. She asked for pictures but i sent her a video. Her response was that if i wanted to get them fixed i needed to pay because after a week they contigo have a guarantee. I am a inspector, i work in computers, ive even worked in warehouses and this never happened.I would NEVER go back here. Wasted my money. Im going back to my nail tech in ct.
