2025-07-19I went for a pedicure and they started filing the nails with the electric filer which i have only seen done for acrylic nails. A couple weeks out and my nails are starting to fall off completely. This has never happened in previous pedicures. Clearly the staff isn’t trained

My ideas can be kind of crazy at times but I showed Amber this picture and she had no problem replicating it perfectly. Will definitely be back soon.
