I wish I remembered my technician's name.. she did an OUTSTANDING job. I mean I've never had someone be so meticulous with my pedicure, the massage was not rushed, it was actually incredible. At the end of my service I find out she's new! She earned a loyal client. Everyone was friendly in this establishment.

Favorite Quincy nail salon! I’ve had my nails done by almost every staff member at this point since I go monthly, and not one bad experience. Friendly, efficient, and affordable! They even had a recent renovation, so it’s very clean and updated inside.

Incredibly great service by the amazing team! They truly listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to my needs. Despite it being late, they went above and beyond to accommodate me, which I genuinely appreciated. It’s always such a pleasure to visit for my manicure and pedicure. The first time I came to Lotus nails it was for my wedding nails. Hannah did such an amazing job replicating the reference photo I gave her that I keep coming back. Every time I show her a picture of what I like she takes the utmost care with the design and the result is always even better than the reference photos! She is the sweetest, most professional nail artist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with my wedding nails! Jessica went above and beyond for me. So patient and talented - I can’t recommend this nail salon enough! I gave her a couple of pictures and she exceeding expectation. I am so in love with my nails!
