Mindy's Nails

I’ve been seeing Brian for Gel X for about a year now. Majority of the time I have been satisfied with the results. This time however I could not be more dissatisfied or disappointed with not only my nails but how the situation was handled. I spent over 100$ to get my nails done and a little over an hour in the salon. As Brian was doing my nails I mentioned that they were too long and he insisted that they be the length he left them at. I woke up the next morning and one nail completely popped off clean. Over the course of the day 7 other nails proceeded to pop off, as if they were press on nails from CVS. The quality of the nails done were extremely poor. And I was not interested in having them redone. I contacted Brian and was hopeful he would do the right thing and refund the price of the gel X not the manicure itself, rather I was met with much resistance, he took no accountability and told me “I knew he always did good on my nails” & then stopped replying to me when I became firm in my response.I spent over 100$ in total at the salon that day and I just wanted the price of my gel refunded. I contacted my bank to dispute this but beware. I used to go here for my eye brows and nails and I will never return again.

I’ve gone here a few times but this is my first time getting acrylics and I love them. The owner and technician who did my nails, Bryan, is awesome. He shows genuine interest in conversation and is extremely skilled in what he does. 10/10 recommend going here. Super humble people that I hope to see thrive.

Such an amazing place, please go to them! They’ve never failed to create exactly what I want for my nails, and they’re such nice people. They always make sure your nails are not just good but perfect, especially Brian! 100% recommend going here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! Bryan always goes above and beyond to give me exactly what I ask for. I always leave feeling like a whole new person. Highly recommend booking with him at Mindy's Nails salon, you won't be disappointed!!

Brian does an amazing job! A wonderful shape and a stunning french! He is also willing to accomodate any requests you may have and is incredibly gentle. I hqve very thin nails, and they are always so careful. Pedis are the best around.
