Kim is absolutely amazing! After having a bad experience somewhere else, she’s been so helpful in guiding me through what’s best for my nails to keep them both healthy and beautiful. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, making sure every nail looks perfect, and my manicures always last. Her space is spotless, clean, and organized, which makes the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. On top of her skill, she’s warm, welcoming, and truly cares about her clients. Kim did an amazing job on my nails especially the design. From the beginning of my appointment she was thoughtful and kind and worked with me to find the perfect nail polish shade. She was so sweet during the entire appointment and I was blown away by her design skills. She gave me the vacation manicures of my dreams. I will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I decided to get our nails done here again since we had liked it the first time. But then some women named Kim tried to be rude and kept trying to pick my color. The customer service was not good so my boyfriend decided to bring me somewhere else. If anyone has any suggestions on nail places please let me know. I hate this struggle.

I’m very pleased with my experience at Meraki spa, specifically with Sandra who has been doing my nails for a few months now. She is very detail oriented and does a great job every time. My gel manicure lasts for 2-3 weeks. Sandra has also suggested colors for me when I was undecided and the results have been great.

After liking the vibe of this place my girlfriend and I decided to give this nail salon a try. Our first visit was great, but the second one was very disappointing. The nail tech tried to choose my girlfriend’s color for her and rushed us through the service and was very rude to both my girl & me so we decided to stop and remove the nails and leave which then she rushed through even more and cut my girlfriends nail. This is not how you treat customers who are looking to become regulars and spend good money. We simple came for a relaxing time and not looking for anything complicated or long. We won’t be returning and suggest others to consider how they treat customers before visiting this place ! - Tyler & Ally
