THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. This nail tech did not “have time” to paint my nails and still charged me $45 for this refill. I am currently leaving with my nails unpainted. Horrible customer service. Unbelievable.

If you love getting your nails done or even if it’s just your first time. you HAVE to try L.A Salon ! Pleased with the happy gel manicure. They may take a while and it gets busy but I think they are worth it! I just make sure I book right when they open :) Always the best service everytime I've been - my nails have never looked better and it's all because of them Hands down one of the best nail salons I have been in a long time.

Extremely disappointed in my services! I was with the young lady at Station 3. (Name on the receipt says Adilyn). We started with my fill in... I sat down told her the shape I wanted which was squoval with no sharp corners and that I wanted French tip design. Everything was ok, until we get to the polish, she started to paint the tip area, and i noticed it was smaller side, I ask if she could make the tip area wider, she said you want it just to cover the tip of your natural nail. I said no, I like mine to wider and I showed her where I wanted it to go to on my nail, she huffed and grabbed my hand and proceeded to paint again. I took my hand after she painted 2 more fingers and said that is not what I ask for I would like more paint, i don't like a thin french tip, she again grabbed my hand and painted my thumb and put it in the light. (I thought ok, maybe she will add more during the second coat of paint.) She painted my other hand and under the light, she began to do the second coat and I noticed yet again that it was not what I wanted, I again stopped her and said this is not what I wanted, she grabbed my hand and keep painting. ( I thought ok, maybe this is my sign to try a new style). I didnt say anymore over it and let her finish. When she was done, she got up and went to the pedicure chair and started filling it. I said are you going to use cuticle oil, she huffed again and went to the station behind her got a bottle, can back and proceeded to put an obnoxious amount on my nails, that it was dripping. I rubbed it in and wiped the remainder of it on the hot cloth she used on my hands. I thought, maybe she will redeem herself with my pedicure, she did ok, up until the massage. (She waited until after the polish was on to do the massage), but the massage lasted all but 2 minutes and she left the lotion wet on my legs and feet. I had to finish rubbing the lotion in. I of course paid, but her tip absolutely reflected her poor work.

this nail salon is the best i’ve been to in a minute. they ask tons a questions on ur nails to make sure they get it perfect. they have free drinks and snacks also, which i loved🤩

L.A. Nails is my favorite escape. The soothing energy makes it easy to relax, and their detailed attention shows how much they care. I walk out with stunning nails and a joyful heart every time.
