I just had my first dermaplaning treatment with Emily and it was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. She took the time to explain every single step of the process, including what products she was using and why, which made me feel totally comfortable and informed. She truly cares about skin health and is highly knowledgeable. My skin is absolutely glowing—it’s the smoothest it has ever been! I am already booked for my next appointment and plan to continue seeing her regularly. Highly, highly recommend!

Today I got the opportunity to go to Skin Esteem Med Spa, I had an appointment with Dawn to discuss my skin and some concerns I had regarding changes the Anatomy of face was experiencing. The front staff were very kind friendly and welcoming. Dawn was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Her expertise and knowledge were beyond excellent she brought out the ultrasound and examined my face while pausing the exam and explaining in great detail what changes my face went through and what recommendations she had. She was very patient and explained everything we were looking at I honestly felt like she loved and cared about what she does so much that it showed through her teaching and explaining. When the exam was completed she gave her recommendations and did not once make me feel like I needed to get something done or purchase anything which is very rare. What amazed me more was the ethics and attention to detail. My medical history was reviewed by her staff and herself as well. Consent forms were provided and explained, hippa forms were presented in the same manner. She made sure she documented all aspects of the visit including my history, concerns and the outcome. The products were verified and documented in front of me. She referred to me as her patient not her client and to me that meant the world. Working in healthcare our patients are people who we care for and treat with care and compassion and go above and beyond to ensure they get the care and treatment they need and Dawn did just that I am extremely thankful for the experience, the knowledge and results I walked out with. Update: I received a phone call from the owner after I posted my initial review. Dawn thanked me for sharing the information. She is committed to training her staff and improving the experience of their clients. I have now had two subsequent visits with Kristal for a Dermaplane and a facial and both were five star!!⭐️ I appreciate the professionalism that the owner displayed and am very happy with my recent experiences! First visit; I had Emily for a dermaplaning appointment. Although she was very friendly and nice, I would not go back. She cut my forehead in two spots and she did not get all of the hair.

Wow! I booked a facial with Emily Reid and it’s been the best I’ve ever experienced! I felt so relaxed afterwards and I have never had that feeling after a facial. I’m a registered nurse and I’m learning to do self care outside of work on my days off. I walked in with dry skin and walked out glowing!! Please see her! You will love the glow up after!

I went to Skin Esteem Med Spa for my first ever lip filler & lip flip treatment. Lindsay was the best. She was extremely knowledgeable & I felt really comfortable with her. My lips came out beautiful to top it off. I was so lucky to have gotten her for my first time. Will continue going to her! Highly recommend.
