I wish I could comment on the quality of work, but I can't. I made two appointments over the phone for an updo and makeup for a special occasion in 2 days. When I looked up the hair stylist I was scheduled with, I saw that she is 1 year out of high school. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and she may be great, but my hair is not the easiest and it is a big event, so I called back to see if there is any availability with a more experienced stylist. When I was told there were no other options, I told them no problem and that I want to keep both appointments. 10 minutes later I get an automated text stating that my makeup appointment was cancelled. When I called back, the owner told me that because I inquired about the stylist's experience she cancelled both my appointments and I cannot come in. Update: appreciate a quick response from the owner. 1. It is indeed two days before the busiest weekend in the Berkshires. This is entirely irrelevant to the salon since you still had availability online, but relevant to me since I’m traveling to the location and my original arrangement fell through and I had to find something last minute with every other place being fully booked. 2. I categorically deny that I was rude or abusive to the person on the phone, please don’t slander my character here. I didn’t demand a different stylist or demean the one I was scheduled with, I asked if there is any availability for someone more experienced. The person put me on hold, probably consulted with the owner, told me that there were no other options and asked if I would like to keep the appointments, to which I said “yes”, and it was the end of that call. 3. The stylist did call me back (the one I was booked with for makeup, not hair), and since I was on another line, she left me a voicemail stating apologetically that per conversation with the owner they had to cancel my appointments - so you didn’t “THEN” cancel. It’s entirely commendable to stand up for your stuff, but creating drama where there is none and blaming it all on me is not the way to do it.

Never been to a professional salon before, and this will now be my Go-To place! Super clean and organized nicely. Very pretty decor inside. The staff is LEGIT the sweetest! Made me feel as if I had been going there for years, super friendly. My stylist was Hannah K. and she made my dream hair come to life, super informative and explained each step to me so I didn’t feel confused or anxious. She gave me some great advice on aftercare and this was honestly just the best hair experience I have ever had! The before and after pictures just pop off!

Hannah K. Did my hair and I’ve never seen a better hairstylist in my life. Her work is beautiful and flawless. She has a loyal client with me now because I’ll never go anywhere else. She’s also very personable and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. But I cannot say enough about the amount of skill she has. It’s incredible. See for yourself.. you will NOT regret it!!!!

The staff at indulgence were great and I would highly recommend them. Hannah is amazing and she did my hair for my rehearsal dinner and my wedding this past weekend. Anna is also amazing and she did my make up. At the salon everyone was so welcoming and all of the staff were great. Also Lexi and autumn did hair and make up as well and they did a great job.

Emily did an AMAZING job on my makeup!!! I got many compliments at the wedding I attended later in the evening post makeup sesh! Book with Emily and you will thank yourself. 😁
