The Clip Shop - Pittsfield

We came in from out of town for a wedding and had my 13 year old’s hair done as she was in the bridal party. Wow! Just gorgeous! Jeremy did an amazing job. I also needed a last minute blow dry and manicure and Gabi and Isabelle were happy to accommodate! Great service all around!

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I went in for a facial, and as a man, I really appreciated how comfortable and professional the service was. Hayleigh was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time. My skin looked and felt incredible afterward — clean, refreshed, and glowing. The entire team is welcoming, friendly, and truly dedicated to customer care. While I personally went for the facial, I would highly recommend all of their services. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Jennifer Rose for 13 years and love the great service and friendship we have built up over the years. I am constantly apprised of sales and promotions offered at the salon. Plus a discount on my birthday month is always nice.

I could not be more delighted with my first experience at The Clip Shop in Pittsfield MA on Thursday 5/15. The salon was immaculate, and beautiful. I was welcomed by many. Barbara was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She was an excellent listener to my needs and gave me an absolutely fantastic haircut, blow-out, and styling. Barbara also discussed how to continue to style my new haircut at home and what products to use. Ella did a wonderful job at my shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage. I felt pampered and appreciated as a new customer. Cannot wait to go again. UPDATE: I have had two more visits to The Clip Shop and both visits have been as stellar as the first. Barbara did an excellent 2nd haircut, continuing to cut/style my hair in a way that my own haircare is far easier since Barbara began as my stylist. Also, I tried the SPA Pedicure (also with Barbara). Now THAT was a pampering experience everyone needs from time to time. Tremendous nail-care, products, and cuticle care as well.

I got an amazing haircut even better than the photo I showed the hairstylist!!! A friend of mine also went there for styling and I thought their hair came out fantastic. very friendly staff, I could not recommend more!
