I’ve been a loyal client of Elysian Nail Spa since day one, and they are truly the only ones I trust with my nails. This was my first time coming to the salon. It was very clean and welcoming and I was hoping to have a great experience. Unfortunately, I came for gelX removal and re-application and had a horrible experience. The whole process took over 2.5 hours which is unheard of for this type of service (I have been getting this for 2+ years). I had to push back plans I had for after twice during the service. The nail tech did not do a proper job explaining what “medium” length meant and then had to cut the extension manually after gluing them on (I never had an issue with this at other salons, as usually shaping is part of the service) but she claimed the shape was “off” because she had to cut them, which she did with a nail clipper. The application was too thick, the shape was horrifying (like duck nails, I asked for rounded square) and the polish was messed up multiple times which added time to the service. The tips put on were also wider than my natural nails, which ended up being painful. I had to file them on my own when I got home before a business trip to London because they were so sharp they actually hurt and looked awful. I tipped the nail tech because I never would not, but this is the first experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon where I didn’t want to tip and felt like I should have been refunded for my time and disappointment.

I started coming here last year, and I can confidently say it’s the best decision I’ve made for my nails! The salon is immaculately clean, which is so important, and the staff is incredibly skilled, friendly, and professional. Every visit is a relaxing experience, and my nails always turn out amazing. I constantly get compliments on my nails, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team here. If you’re looking for a top-tier nail salon that prioritizes cleanliness, quality, and customer care—this is the place! Highly recommend!
