2025-10-10What a fantastic experience! 1st, I found Lily from another salon I had frequently gone to. She gives me the best pedicure I've ever had. She is a cuticle, ingrown toe nail expert. She is the only tech I've had to patiently clean out my cuticle buildup and alleviate toenail ingrown nail edge pain. Yes, it hurts a bit, but then I'm painfree! She is a sweet soul, with a beautiful heart. I'll be visiting her regularly now that I've found her again.

2025-07-07I tried to hold back writing a review but if you're in fairhaven go to REACH. NOT here. I only came here because Reach didn't have room for me on a sunday. I walked in, and asked for a full set. Sat and waited 20 minutes while she treated another person and then she started on my nails. She made them SO uneven and SO short. My reference photo i tried showing to her multiple times and she kept looking for a second and saying ok and then gave me something completely different. I HATE them. They're hideous. The first photo is what i asked for and the second is what i got.
