And they make you feel like family. Tracie always greats me by name when I arrive and truly cares about the work of every nail tech. Iโll be coming back here as long as they are doing nails !!

2025-08-01This is my new favorite nail salon . They never disappoint you here. Excellent Customer service and very talented mail technicians. There is no art design they cannot do . They are by far the best nail salon in Waltham and surrounding towns. I would definitely recommend you give them a try . You will be very happy with the end result . 2025-04-27I wanted to get a few sets done here before reviewing, but I finally have and I am confident to say that this place is good!! Everyone there is kind, they charge market price for nails (nothing insane but could be slightly better), and everything is clean and well-maintained. Ivy somehow always remembers everyone's names and builds relationships with all the customers that come in. If you want to avoid the crowd, I would recommend going on a weekday though. As for the nails, I have nothing to complain about. I've never had any issues with lifting or retention, and I've never had one break like with some other salons. Shaping could be a little more consistent, but still better than average. Overall, this is a reliable salon that I come to whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend!
