PROS: Daryl Christopher was flexible with availability, booking was relatively easy. During my first visit, it was a weekday and the salon was quiet and peaceful, had good music. Price was fair for haircut + color during my first visit. Vera is extremely talented and has been doing hair for a long time. CONS: 1. Clear communication - there needs to be clear communication on pricing, total time of service (it took forever for my second service as hair artist was double booked) 2. Hair wash took forever and it was quite aggressive (provided by someone else while artist was occupied with another client). The staff was distracted and also left me in a position that really hurt my neck. Please be mindful of these little things that can make or break someone's experience at your salon. 3. I was provided an add-on service without a clear consult on price and whether it works for me so I was surprized to receive a very high bill of $240 instead of $175. 4. Also, hair Cut and Trim are not the same (one requires much lesser work) so should not be charged at the same rate. 5. Lastly, please make it easy for customers to tip using credit credit as it helps consolidate all the payment.

I was looking for a new stylist and was lucky to get a same day appointment with Samila for a cut and color (partial highlights with gloss). She did a phenomenal job. Super meticulous and thorough during a four hour appointment. She was wonderful. Reasonably priced too! Highly recommend. See before and after photos!

Vera is an amazing colourist! I had a consult with her a week prior to my appointment. I wanted to discuss my hair issues! She was amazing with the consult and took time to show me colours that would work with my tone. Appointment day was great! She got right to work. Brought over 3 choices we worked through them and off She went. I love my colour and I love my cut! Appreciate it! See Vera! Lots of wisdom and experience just let her work her magic!

I'm visiting the area and decided to treat myself to a manicure. Susan did a wonderful job and was very friendly and easy to talk to. The woman at the front (I assume the manager?) was also very kind and welcoming. I would make this a regular spot if I lived here!
