Love this salon! It’s always super clean, everyone is friendly, and the whole vibe is relaxed but professional. I’ve been to a lot of nail places in Boston and this is easily one of my favorites. Leah is my go-to and she’s incredible. She once stayed late past closing just to finish my set, and still took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. My last nails were an indigo gradient hand-painted with cat eye and silver foil details and they turned out gorgeous. She’s creative, detail-oriented, and makes the appointment feel personal and fun. If you want nails that look amazing and last, definitely check this place out!

Honestly the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I went with a friend and got the French ombré gel X done. Leah did a fabulous job and her attention to detail made the results absolutely stunning. Mark and Maggie were also great! I loved how kind and welcoming everyone was here and the setting was beautiful , a nice change from most nail salons I’ve been to.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Eigen Nails. On July 31st, Leah removed my Gel X. On August 1st, I returned for a hard gel manicure and regular gel pedicure with Selena. During the service, one of my nails already lifted and Selena had to redo it, which surprised her. I left directly for the airport, but within two days of my vacation, multiple nails chipped and lifted at the corners. When I returned, I immediately went back to the salon to request a refund and removal of the gel. The receptionist told me it would be a two-hour wait, but that I could return the next morning to have Leah take off the gel and talk about the situation. When I came back, Leah refused a refund, told me it was “my nails” that were the problem, and was very rude and unprofessional. She also mentioned Selena had been fired. I paid $145 plus a $30 tip for a service that completely failed within days. I think requesting an $85 refund was more than fair, especially as a returning customer. Instead, I was treated dismissively and made to feel as though my concerns didn’t matter. This was an expensive, disappointing, and unprofessional experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Eigen Nails based on how I was treated.

Very clean lots of color UPDATE: 9 nails chipped by day 3 after a GEL manicure. All the ends chipped and lifted, did not even make it to end of a week. Will go back to have them fixed, but very disappointed in the gel manicure. Has never happened anywhere else with gel manicure. Posting this AFTER owners response: As stated above, I said I would return to have my manicure fixed. I intentionally planned to edit this to comment about how it was fixed for me free of charge (as it should have been). However, I was told “nails are too thin” when in fact I have healthy natural nails, and then asked for a different nail tech but was denied that. Thank you for fixing my manicure, and correcting the problem. I still did leave a 5 star review 🤷🏻‍♀️

I really, really like my manicure. This is my bridesmaid's manicure. I really love it so much. They do exactly as I want. I expressed my thoughts. That girl tried different off-white colors for me. She was very patient. I even extended her off-work time. I would recommend Leah to everyone.
