My wife frequents this salon and has for many years and absolutely loves it! She has both nails and pedicures done every two weeks and her nails are always beautiful and perfectly done! The owners are kind, hardworking people!

Terrible experience at LS Nail Spa. The pedicure was okay, but the manicure was a nightmare. Despite asking them not to cut my nails short, they clipped them way too short, left two nails with weird shapes, and even made my nails bleed. Three different people were “experimenting” on my nails, and it took forever. When I asked for a discount for the poor service, they refused. After I paid and left, they later claimed they hadn’t charged me the full amount (their mistake) and started threatening me with police if I didn’t come back immediately. They kept sending me harassing messages and treated me like a thief, instead of taking responsibility. Painful, stressful, and completely unprofessional—I would never go back here.
