Appointments are easy to make, and the Front desk staff are always so accommodating, respectful and helpful. Nikki Banfield, my hairstylist is top-notch. She has been my hairstylist for 35+ years and she is dependable, on time, answers any questions that I have, And is exceptional in her craft. I would highly recommend this business.

Good environment for Salon Spa place, but the 5 stars are given to my hairstylist Sarah! She is very talented! I have a pixie haircut and I get compliments all the time. Do you know how I became her client? I wanted to get a pixie haircut, but I was looking for a stylist who could create a good pixie cut. So, I was grocery shopping and I saw this woman with this amazing pixie haircut. I stopped her, complimented her haircut and I asked her to please share with me the name and info of her hairstylist. I have been her client for 2 years. I love her!

Warm welcome from the reception staff upon arrival, esthetician was on time, friendly and very skilled at waxing, reception staff was helpful with booking my next appointment and ensured I received a coupon for my next services (as this was my first service at the salon). A great experience with excellent results. I will definitely return.

LTS is hands down one of the most professional, cleanest, gorgeously decorated, most caring day spa and boutique I’ve ever had the pleasure of walking into. Right from the start, Christine at the front desk was so attentive and sweet. She asked me questions about what brought me in and follow up questions like we were longtime friends. She spoke so highly of her boss and the vision, it made me want to quit my job and work there myself. When I went in for my massage, Gina was the most attentive and professional masseuse I’ve ever had. She, like christine, asked questions and follow-ups and cracked a few jokes with me during our session. I only went for an hour, but it felt like an eternity of bliss (ok maybe not an eternity but definitely more like 2 hours). When the time was up, she gave me great advice on how to drive home post “spa-daze” (I think I listened to 3 songs instead of 1, Gina lol). I’m getting married next year and you can bet your bottom dollar this has become part of the wedding budget. Before I even left the parking lot I texted three girlfriends and my mother to tell them about this amazing experience. I can’t wait to come back! See you soon LTS!!!!
