Essence of Nirvana – Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, Eyebrow Lamination, Waxing, Facials, & Gel X Nails

My Girlfriend got her lashes done here with Sophie Hernandez. She asked for lash extensions that were on the more natural side but still looked like full extensions. She gave a few photos for reference as well. The lashes came out just awful to sum it up. She was charged over $250 for these extensions and they were simply horrible and she wanted them off ASAP. She messaged Sophie to professionally take them off so she wouldnt damage her lashes, and Sophie said she would only do it for $45 extra. My gf went back and got them removed for the extra charge and she acted passively rude about her coming back to take them off. My gf didn’t initially ask for a refund because it took time out of the womans day to do the lashes, however she just kept on making the situation worse. After more dissatisfaction she messaged sophie let her truly understand her perspective so that she can maybe fix her act up for future clients, and she kept saying that she was bothering her as she was with her family. At this point my gf just simply wanted a refund and was only told that she could get store credit or a $45 refund (she spent over $300 and also never wanted to go back there again). As her bf, hearing this infuriated me. I’d put zero stars on this review but Google doesn’t let me. To those who have read this, save yourself and learn from my gfs experience doing business here.

Sophie was incredible she is so funny and caring! I put my full trust in her to do my lashes and she ATE! The service was incredible and she took care to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the entire experience. If I could give her 10 stars I would, will absolutely be going back and referring friends!

I have had about 4 lash lifts and tints at other establishments in the past and it’s been a 50% fail rate because of how stubborn my lashes are!! But when I went to Essence of Nirvana today Sophie was very accommodating and was able to recognize that I have super straight and stubborn lashes and worked according to that. I absolutely looooove my results it looks like I’m wearing fake lashes 😍😍 10/10 would definitely come again and have my lash lift and tint done with Sophie (massage chairs were also amazing) and already can’t wait for my next visit xoxo

I just got my brows mapped and threaded, and wow — they’ve never looked this good. She took her time to really shape them to my face, and the threading was so clean and precise. I’ve had my brows done a bunch of times before, but this is hands down the best. So happy with how they turned out!

Sophie is hands down one of the best nail technicians around (pun intended). She is extremely professional and very thorough. Her attention to detail is remarkable and what makes her so unique. I've been following Sophie for well over 8 years now and have yet to stray away! Below are a few of my favorite designs she has done for me over the years. PS if you're looking for a new eyebrow or waxing lady, Sophie is your go-to girl! Please take a chance and visit her new studio, you will not regret it once you have!!
