Creative Nails Bar & Lashes

I visited Creative Nails & Lash for the first time this morning. I checked their website for availability before arriving and they had a 9:15am appointment for a Dip Manicure. I’ve driven by this studio often, as it’s local to me and was excited to try it out. I walked in to a clean, fresh, and organized space, and the receptionist was cheerful and friendly. I checked in at their POS system and was instructed to go over to the color selection area. I found their selection plentiful, but not overwhelming and was able to find the right color I was looking for. My appointment was with Ellie and she was thorough, detailed, and friendly. I haven’t had Dip in a while because is usually do my gel at home, and I was so happy to have such a beautiful manicure. The price was competitive compared to other salons in the area, and the service was exceptional. I think I’ve found my new nail salon!

I have been looking for a new nail salon and had a few terrible experiences over the last few months. After reading good google reviews I brought my teenage daughters here with me. I couldn’t be happier with the services we received. Meticulous dip manicure for me and acrylics with nail art for my girls. Standard prices. We will be regulars!

Obsessed with this place!! Long review coming in cus I love to give details. Had my appt for 12:45 for a fresh full acrylic set + pedicure, both with gel and was checked in. Left notes in my appt that I would like a nail tech who specializes in designs, showed my inspo and sat down to wait for my nail tech, Tina. The ambience all around is fresh, it’s not over the top but very clean, open & relaxing. The pedicure was fantastic. Tina took her time with the pedicure and didn’t go too far down where it hurts. Not sure which package I booked for the spa, but the exfoliation was top tier. The nail part of the appt was just as amazing. Tina really has set the bar high. For years I have searched far and wide and have only ever encountered 2 ladies. the other one is too far for me. I showed her my inspo pic and she did a fantastic job! I usually get push back for wanting short oval/almond cut but she did it No Problem, No Pushback, No Questions Asked! During the appt the receptionist would come by and check in and asked if I needed anything. It’s very thoughtful! My favorite was seeing NEWLY sanitized packets. A new one for my feet and a new one for my hands! I was over the moon with this. Is it expensive? Yes. But is it worth it? Yes. I was there for 3 hours, but Tina was putting in work! I’ve gone to the same salon religiously for over 5 years and my nail tech left :( I thought i would give the new ownership at Creative Nails a try and was not disappointed. The technicians were all very skilled and they were very open about communicating which would look and/or work best on your nail type. It’s been 3 weeks and my nails still look great. Will return !

Creative Nails Bar & Lashes at 139 Endicott St has completely transformed under the new ownership. The salon is noticeably cleaner, brighter, and much more welcoming. The technicians are incredibly talented—they can create any nail design, from simple to highly detailed. Their pedicures are honestly the best in town, super relaxing and beautifully done. The staff works with great care and professionalism, making every visit enjoyable. I’m very impressed with how much the salon has improved and will definitely keep coming back.
