Always had a good service in Venus Nails starting with the welcoming staff who offer you drinks as you walked into the salon, they transformed my nearly bad nails to good ones again. Thank you so much and I will recommend you to everyone. You all do a great Job guys .

I am really disappointed to be sharing this review as I have never felt the need to post a poor review before. The service I received today at Venus nails was terrible. I went early so that I could look at some nail ideas before my appointment time. After having a book for under 1 minute staff physically reached over and took the book out of my hands, closed it and made me sit down in the chair. I explained that I had not chosen anything and she stated that they were busy and needed me to sit down to start. I pointed out that I was early and that it had not even reached my appointment time and that I had specifically come early to look at the colours. The nail technician then proceeded with my nails and asked me which shape I wanted to which I informed her round. She then cut my nails very short, I am not sure why as I had grown them specifically to get painted. She did not ask me about the length. To make matters worse she then began to file them ' square' and had to be told my another technician that I wanted them round. In between this i was trying to glance at a book to chose a colour. I have been left with very short nails and uneven in length. When i raise my hand palm facing me, i can see some of my nails and others i cant as shes cut them so short.Overall this was a very unpleasant rushed experience. There was nobody waiting to be seen at all after us during our entire time there so I am not so sure why the staff behaved the way they did. I have never received this sort of service before. I have been before and it was not like this and I know other have had very positive experiences. Sadly for me it was dreadful and I would not go there again. Ive posted a view of my nails from the palm side to show how they have butchered them. Painted side it's not so noticeable as the colour hides it. I wish ao hadn't paid !!

Always a pleasure & never fail to amaze me with their nail art skills 😍 been coming for over 3 years now & wont go anywhere else now. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10

Amazing staff, so friendly! Always a brilliant service! Make you feel so welcome! Never had a single nail come off in the whole year and a half i have been and i normally leave 4 weeks between my infills! 5 stars all around!
