2023-06-08Took my 4 year old son for a haircut, when we left his hair was wet and spikey so I didn't notice how bad of a cut it was. When it dried his head was covered in lines of uneven cuts. I called the next day to see about coming in to have them fix it (mistakes happen) and I was told it was over a week wait for a new appointment and it was my fault for not noticing during the original haircut. Never going back and Lorainne shouldn't have a job in that business.

2022-07-14I was greeted and made to feel welcome by everyone, owner, stylists and clients. Lorraine was my stylist. She knew exactly what I wanted and I love my cut. When I left everyone said they were glad to meet me. I booked my appt. online and got in the same day. I highly recommend Meraki as I was made to feel valued and cared for.
