I really love the color of my nails; it's perfect for autumn. Grace always does a great job, I really like her.

My friend and I went there for a walk in acrylic full set for each of us. First off, upon walking in we get sat down and the lady threw the nail polish guides at us like she was already annoyed with us being there. We pick our ideas out. My friend just asked for a short square set and I wanted a short coffin set. The lady started on me first and after 10 minutes my friend was started. The lady who did my friend’s nails dug into all her cuticles making them wicked sore and also cut every single one of her finger sides and didn’t add a layer of primer onto her set. My nail lady constantly kept stopping to answer the phone, take appointments and do other things…. not ONCE putting on a pair of gloves or washing her hands after touching other surfaces (or at least use hand sanitizer). She also dug into my cuticles constantly and picked at my fingers. A customer walked in shortly before us being done and she was NOT happy with her nails she just recently got and wanted a repair and the lady who was working on me stopped and started arguing with her and had a big attitude about her needing a repair. Her bedside manner was NOT welcoming or nice at all. Not to mention, she stopped working on me AGAIN to set an appointment for a customer’s (who was there already for a mani/pedi) daughter and was chit chatting it up so I had to wait even longer to just finish getting my nails even painted. Fast forward to payment: they tried charging my friend over $100 for a simple full set and then when my friend questioned it she got “oh I got messed up with other lady here” so she almost got swindled if she wasn’t paying attention. My lady charged me $85 for simple coffin shaped set with two ombré nails with glitter. Would’ve been $95 if I wanted a simple gem. I have had more extravagant and prettier work done on my nails and have NEVER paid that high of a price. We were there for two and a half hours for what should’ve been an hour appointment TOPS for how simplistic our designs were and customer service was subpar. One last thing: the unsolicited touching I wasn’t a fan of. I didn’t ask for my neck and shoulders rubbed. I get that it’s a part of the service they provide but consent would be nice before grabbing on and rubbing someone. I’ve never had this service done at a nail salon so I was very thrown off about it.

I love this place so much. I wasn’t able to tip as I forgot to take cash out so I feel I should let them know. (My girl is going to get a fat tip when I get my fill) She took her time getting the shape, asked me multiple times how I felt about them. Just super good experience all around. I get long nails I’m not sure if they’re used to that but still did excellent.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! All of the tools they use are super clean, they take everything out of sealed packaging! All of the staff is also incredibly sweet. The best thing to get done are the pedicures they are so worth it! However, they are also so good with designs on manicures as well. I highly recommend!!!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. The person did fine with the pedicure but she was rushing through the manicure. I wanted short nails but she cut them to the quick and cut my finger when trimming the cuticles. She said "oops too deep", finished the manicure and still charged me $70.
