USA Nails (New Owner)

Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted despite the need to sign in. However, I believe it is advisable to schedule an appointment with a specific individual, as I was not turned away. The customer service was exceptional. Without any hesitation, the staff inquired about my preferences as soon as I took a seat. Miss Tracy promptly commenced working on my gel manicure.

I’m usually very satisfied with the services I receive at this salon, and especially when I book specific nail artists to make my nail inspiration come alive. However, with this visit I was a little disappointed in the service I received for nails. I came in for a fill-in, and pedicure. The pedicure was executely perfectly by a nice older woman. She made sure that I liked the color she picked (I wanted a baby pink) as the first one was more on the nude side. After this was done, I got a fill in. There was a lady with reddish hair, not the usual “boss lady” that sits at the first table, but a different person whom i’ve never seen before. She RUSHED the entire process. I tried to explain what I wanted and how I wanted it, and she acknowledged, but didn’t seem to take the constructive criticism to accommodate my requests. Everytime I visit my services are never rushed like this. She did my fill in, in what felt like 30-45 mins. It also isn’t the OG/True “V-Line” Design, and the lengths of the nails are uneven. I already spoke up atleast twice, and didn’t want to create any issue, as I frequent the shop often. I truly wish whomever this person is that they take the time to ensure customers are satisfied fully and their “tweaks” are addressed properly. I still will return, but will make sure I have an appointment next time so that I’m confident who I’ve chosen to do my services can execute it perfectly to my desire.

USA nails doesn't deserve a 1 star It seems there is new management in place, and only one original staff member remains. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. During our visit, the team struggled to complete their work correctly and attempted to pass us off to three different people instead of addressing the issue themselves. This lack of accountability was frustrating, and it felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, they did not uphold their promise to fix any dissatisfaction within 5 days. My niece, who was unhappy with the initial work, returned just an hour later to address the issue again because no one felt the need to make the correction right then at that time. Due to a few people waiting we decided to come back an hour later. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept redirecting us to the same person who had initially done the work, and she was unwilling to make the necessary corrections. Overall, I would advise potential customers to consider other options before choosing this service.

Great Customer Service and quality work! I haven’t been to the nail salon in years due to my last nail tech consistently cutting me with the drill and damaging my nails. I recently moved to Waldorf and decided to give a new salon a try. I saw many reviews about Dan, so I booked an appointment with him. Once I sat in the chair I expressed how I was traumatized by the drill and asked for an alternative method. He told me my nails had to be rough for Gel X but he would be very delicate. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and Dan did an amazing job! My nails look exactly like the picture. I’m not used to having a nail tech that is able to replicate pictures, so when I saw the finished product I was shocked and 100% satisfied! Dan has gained my trust and my business. ❤️❤️❤️

Today was my third time getting my nails done, here, at USA Nails, 2nd time Dan was my technician. I showed him my inspiration picture. He did a beautiful, excellent job, including my variation on shaping my nails. Thanks Dan!
