I’ve finally found a spa that I can get all of my maintenance done in one place. I love the energy in here all of the staff are such beautiful souls. I got a facial and Vichy scrub then came back a week later and got a massage. The facial was incredibly thorough and relaxing and the massage omg as a massage therapist myself I’m telling you this is the best massage I have ever experienced in my life. I also got my eyebrows threaded (beautiful job) and I tried henna for the first time and loved the result! I’m coming back every 5 weeks. This was exactly what I have been searching for. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other services such as the milk bath and mani pedi. They do it all here even waxing threading henna and hair! I love you guys may your business continue to grow and prosper 💛✨

I always look forward to my hot stones massage with the absolutely best masseuse. She's knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and offers expertise advice on any products, etc if needed. I've been using Neha Threading for many years and am never disappointed with the service! Kudos to the owner...she's always available, friendly, and takes time to ask about how you are doing. The staff is also welcoming. I won't change Neha for any other salon.

Their website clearly says that the package for the Ayurvedic massage and facial is $198. See the attached screenshot. After receiving the service, they tried to charge me $350 on top of the $30 deposit I had already made to reserve the appointment. They would not honor the price listed on their website and had the massage therapist come up to try to bully me into paying their up charge. They claimed they gave me extended services and extras that raised the price but you have to inform people that you are giving extras that cost more. How would I know what are considered extras if it’s my first time getting this service? What’s worse is that this is not the first time this has happened. I forgot that I stopped going there a few years ago because they did not honor website prices. They just lost someone who would have been a regular customer. Update: I was so angry I tracked down the owner and left her a voicemail about this. She called back, listened gracefully, and apologized. So I added an additional star for that. She spoke with her team after and they still insist they did nothing wrong. I’m not going back there but if anyone else does, they provide good services, just constantly verify the price every step of the way, including in the middle of your facial.

Neha is my brow designer and truly like family after all these years . Neha always ask about my daughters and truly cares about all of her clients. I recommend Neha and all of her team for all of your self care.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for a while the service is amazing so I decided to get a massage. I did a combination of Swedish and hot rocks massage with essential oils . The environment is so peaceful also set up lovely! My masseuse Olga was AMAZING!!❤️🥰 She sits with you prior too so she can get to know you also she tells you about all of the different oils that she makes herself and the use of each. I did the one for women dealing with , anxiety , hormonal imbalance and stress. I’m very picky, when I tell you she did a wonderful job and I recommend her believe It! I promised myself I would have a massage with Olga at least once a month. Treat yourself people you deserve It! Thank you again Olga🥰
