Sunny Nails And Spa

I have been coming to this place for over a year now and can't express enough how much I love this nail salon. I always have Timmy do my nails and he is always so professional and a wonderful guy. He is always so nice and always goes a step further to make sure my nails look great every time I come in. My nails are and have always looked so sharp and neat every time I have walked out from every appointment. Always great service here and will continue to keep coming here to get my nails done. I have always loved my nails after and always show them off and when I do not I always get multiple compliments on how much they loved my color, design, shape, etc. and I get questions of what place I go to and my answer is always the same, SUNNY NAILS! I absolutely love it here! If I could give this place more than just a five star rating I would.

I just had the worst experience ever at this place. The woman who was assigned to do my nails was so disrespectful and the staff and management did nothing. They were nice to begin with and there wasn't much wait but when the woman came to take the gel off my nails and file my nails she got an attitude when I asked her to make all of the nails the same shape - square with round edges. She proceeded to tell me all my nails looked the same and then before going to start on my second hand she packed up her stuff, walked away and started on another client. I went to the front desk and i felt so offended i started crying and they did nothing to help or try to understand my frustration. I saw how they were so nice to the other clients (who happened to be white) and i couldn't help but feel like I was being disregarded or ignored because of the color of my skin. I was nice the whole time, never raised my voice or anything. I just wanted my nails to be consistent. If you are a person of color I would stay away. This is just not the place. I was stopping by on my way to church. This is so embarrassing that I have to walk out with nails like this. I've never been treated this way. I even offered to pay for taking off my gel (that shows how "cooperative" i was trying to be. They had no care.

Did a great job. Way better than the place I was going before. They were friendly and patient with my two 4 year olds that insisted on getting their nails painted too.

I was looking for a new nail place, so I checked the reviews before I went. They have the best reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. My nail tech, Linda did an amazing job! I've been to see her twice now and I will keep seeing her as long as she is there! Also,the prices are reasonable. Some of the nail places are over priced, which is a turn off for me, but not Sunny Nails.

Very disappointed. You get what you pay for. Nails were super uneven and bubbly . Ended up chipping not even 24 hrs later (gel polish)
