Iam really not happy with my nails. I came in about a week ago and brought a friend now I’ve been going to this salon since I’ve lived in Glen Burnie. My friend got her feet done and the guy they had doing her feet literally was hurting her and not doing a good job and no one said anything or even offered to fix. I believe her expressing the pain and quality is why my nails are terrible!!! I usually go to Jolie every time and no complaints. This time I had a gel manicure no acrylic and about 3 nails were broken short the rest were long . I asked her could she make those short ones long and keep them as thin and natural as possible. She proceeds to cut my entire nails off SUPER SHORT like literally to my skin and I’m just confused. So I say something and she says I told her I wanted my nails like my friends? As if I’m some child like ma’am I never ever said that. Also I’ve been here numerous of times you’ve never done my nails like that but ok. She then proceeds to pack SOOO SO MUCH acrylic on my nails to make each one long again. She begins shaping them and it’s literally BURNING my skin like the machine was so hot!! Like literally I could have cried and I’m telling her like “ hey it’s burning , maybe hold my skin back while putting that thing so close “ nothing changed I sat there in pain . My nails are different sizes , they aren’t natural at all, they're so bulky like it’s so much acrylic packed on the INSIDE of my nails its l uncomfortable. Now usually when I go I know for a fact I don’t pay for than $50 to have my nails done ( I get them short square round ) why was it $70 I have no idea. I did get eyebrows but I know that wasn’t an extra $20. I really do not like my nails. They are all different sized , polish isn’t consistent, and I cannot stop thinking about the burning and pain!! I never had getting my nails done hurt so bad!!! When that’s supposed to be a pampering experience? Also, if the extra charge was for the glow in the dark color, THEY DO NOT GLOW EVEN IN A PITCH BLACK ROOM :( I payed and just left because I’m not a confrontational person but I will not be back smh. This is about my experience but even my friends nails are terrible smh so much polish lumped on her finger. Not consistent at all.. I will not be back though, work to hard to have that type of customer services and quality of nails

I've been coming here for years tried different nail techs. Tina has been my favorite thus far!!! She loves to experiment and gives me good ideas that would work best for what I ask for!!! She never disappoints! She takes the inspiration pictures I show her and executes the design!!! Lisa for the pedicure only and Julie for my eyebrows!!!

My skin was cut, not nail area w/no apology. I gave them a second chance and the mom that had finished my nails after my skin was cut, told me she couldn't do my nails as she had previously. REALLY.. no problem I and my $$ just walked out.

Y’all. If you want a clean, relaxing, organized nail salon, then this is the place. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and I leave here every time mind blown about my nails. I drive 30mins because they’re so amazing!! Tina is wonderful, she’s precise, patient and always is willing to try any design I throw at her and ALWAYS makes it more beautiful than the picture.

I’m very picky about where I get my nails done. The salon is so cute inside and so clean. Tina did an amazing job on my fill in. The shape is perfect and my nails look amazing!! It was quick but she also took her time and didn’t rush. Found my new nail place!
