Forever Nails

Beautiful work but I won't go back. Because of the positive reviews, I went in person three weeks before my appointment to explain the services that I wanted. I arrived at 10 AM for my appointment and there was one other customer and no employees near the front of the store. About 10 minutes later, a male employee did show up. I politely explained why I was there three times. He was unable to comprehend what I was saying and it took another ten minutes for a female employee to help me. The bathroom and the manicure areas both were not clean and that is why I will not return. The lady who did my manicure was very nice, however she took a personal call during my appointment and my appointment had already started twenty minutes late. The gentleman who painted the flowers on my nails was very very excellent and I wish I could go back because of his wonderful skill level. The pedicure area did seem to be clean. My nails still looked great after 16 days. Wish I could return for those reasons but the lack of cleanliness is a deal breaker for me. I had an important event the day after my manicure or I would have just left and not utilize their services. I do not recommend forever nails in Frostburg Maryland. The first photo is 16 days after the manicure. Manicure, nail polish on fingers and toes 93 dollars. I had a pedicure the day before with my normal technician.

Came in for a full set of acrylic, was asked what i wanted and showed a picture and was told it could be done. I wanted a shimmer but instead was given a glitter and when it was put on the first nail, I didn’t like it. So the lady got upset and told me i could go somewhere else after i already had the tips on and had been there for 45 minutes. I told her I would just do a basic clear set and find the shimmer I want and put it on later. She got upset and proceeded to walk around for 10+ minutes on the phone and had someone else come in to do my nails. The next lady did okay but the shapes were all uneven and charged me $70 for basic acrylic nails, no polish. Unprofessional and not a good experience. This place just keeps getting worse. Do not recommend

I’m new to the area and picked this place because of the fairly good reviews. I wanted a natural ombre on my nails. It’s not horrible, but I would’ve liked it to not have glitter in it and tannish not pink, and the sides weren’t cleaned off very well. The pedicure was nice and relaxing. But my heels are still in bad shape. One of the main reasons I wanted to get my feet done is because my heels have been so dry lately. Overall, they are super nice and friendly. In my experience, the work just wasn’t as great. The gentleman informed me that it’s harder to work on short nails, no one has ever told me this before and I have never had an issue with anyone working on my short nails. I probably won’t be back. Spend $65 which was pretty affordable.

I went to get white French tips with me n my daughters n we left there's look ok but mine look like shit i try to be nice so we left but I called after we left n was just told they could discount me for a next time no $70 n it looks like a kindergarten did my nails!! I don't recommend them at all!! If I could post a pic I would!!

Phillip did my color and design and I am in love with them. He's fast but very good
