H2 Nails

Where do I start. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was a teenager. I’m 30 now and H2 nails is the best nail shop I’ve been to, I had the best experience there. I’ve been there twice and both times I left happier with a great experience. Their prices are very fair for the services and experience you get. They’re very professional and talented. Literally when you get their you just show them the photos of what you want than just sit back and relax and they will take care of you. Trust them they know what they’re doing. I love the place and I love being there. My experience today was so good when I was leaving I felt motivated to work harder so I can continue to afford going there for the experience. Love the place and the people. If you come across H2 nails definitely give them a try, you’ll feel lucky that you found them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to change from my usual nail salon (pink nails and spa) because they charge less for add ons but I was very disappointed with my service. I came for a simple pedicure with acrylic on big toes but got charged 61 instead of 45. I don’t think he thinks I noticed but The technician who worked on my feet made a stank face while working on my feet and he began speaking to his colleague in their language (the skinny young man that stays by the door) and that colleague began to chuckle/laugh so that made me assume they were talking badly about my feet(I had some callous). When it’s time to pay I see my total is not what I ainticipayed but by now it’s too late since he already did the service but I got charged for gel polish when I never asked for gel. He put it on my toes without asking me first usually at most salons they ask you to choose your color and whether you want gel or not but I was never asked that. On top of this, the acrylic nail was bulky (didn’t file for more than 2 minutes he barely filed it down) and he placed the acrylic nail terribly on my big toe it ended up being crooked and when I asked if there’s any way for him to push my cuticle down some he got his colleague to tell me that it was too close to my cuticle bed however I was able to push it down some when I got home with a cuticle pusher. Overall, I just got fake nice vibes from this salon like they just want your money and oh before I forget even while he was washing my feet he was scrubbing it like someone was forcing him (barely putting in effort to remove the dead skin on the bottom of my feet. I could’ve done my toes myself for all this. I will not be going back despite them having better add on prices (5$ per big toe for acrylic). The only thing I can say he did well was the paint job he made sure to paint cleanly however it would’ve been nicer if he had painted the front corner of the acrylic nail on my big toes so it doesn’t appear too fake. I honestly could’ve decided to not pay since I wasn’t satisfied but I’m not that type of person so I prefer to just share my experience here and never come back. However, my experience may not be the same as yours. I also didn’t even know that I would get an additional upcharge for using my card/Apple Pay (most places let you know at checkout) (the nail salon I usually go to doesn’t even do that so that was another thing that caught me off guard that I did not like. It makes me wonder if I had gotten their soften pedicure which is a bit more expensive would he have still barely put effort in washing and scrubbing my feet or is that his typical work ethic? Either way do better H2nails if you guys want more customers communicate better and stop talking shit about your clients it’s unprofessional and discriminatory don’t think we can’t tell because we can.

Got my nails done here last week and was super satisfied! I got a fullset of gelx with designs. Price was very reasonable compared to other salons I've been too. My technician was super sweet and made sure I liked the shape of my nail, color and design. She was super careful with my nails which I appreciated a lot. Would totally comeback here! 100% recommend

As a Cali native, I have been looking for nail shops that can compare to what I am used to so I went here based on the good reviews. However, I left disappointed. ●First● I called to inquire about pricing and about the busyness of the salon. I needed to get my previous Gel-x soaked off and I wanted a new set along with a pedicure. The total for that would have been $115. Cool! I was told I could come in right then. I arrived around 3:45-4:00pm ●Arrival● I checked in and did not have to wait long to be served for my manicure. My nail teach Leon (?) was very careful and courteous in removing my old set and did not nick my fingers during the buffing process! A score in my book. I showed him the design I wanted along with the heart design on my ring finger. Sadly, Leon completed the set and I was not pleased. Because he had another client to take, I was seated in the pedicure chair, and I assumed I would at least be able to inform the other tech who would be doing my pedicure about fixing my manicure. ●Pedicure● However, I sat in that seat, unattended to for nearly 30-40 minutes. I saw people who had appointments come in and wait for their appointed tech only for them to leave and for other walk-ins to come in and be served. Something to keep in mind as a customer who makes an appointment. ●Afterwards● I decided to no longer wait for my pedicure and Leon checked-in to see if I wanted to still wait, but I did not. Upon going to pay, I was still not happy about paying for a set I did not like, so I told him and he asked me to wait so he could fix it. So again, I waited. ●Second Attempt● As I waited another nail tech offered to do my pedicure but I was over receiving their service for my feet. I didn’t want to pay more for a service that I could be doubly disappointed in. Hours passed and my patience stretched. Eventually Leon was ready to re-do my set. He took the notion of redoing it well. He was still gentle and intentional about correcting it. He even offered to do my pedicure the next day but I opted out because I had church to attend the following day. ■Conclusion■ In the end, I still was not pleased with my set and didn'tleave until around 7pm. Today is only day 2 and my nails have already chipped. I spent $77. Nevertheless, the nail techs seem kind. H2 is a very popular shop and each tech seems to be very intentional with their craft. Yet with that intentionality comes a loss of customers due to a slowness of completion. I would suggest trying them not on a Saturday and to take a chance on walking in, as a set appointment may not be regarded.

My nail tech was absolutely amazing. He did the same design exactly as is on the picture I showed him. I will definitely go back to him!
