Bright Star Nails

Avoid I had high hopes for this place because of ratings but beware, I made an appointment for after work and the moment I walked in the lady at the front looked like she had no idea about my appointment. I was confused but carried on, I felt rushed every minute, they did both my nails and pedi at the same time in a rushed manner. The lady that did my feet was sweet but the lady doing my manicure was rushing too much and did an awful job with my nails. ( see pictures) I asked her once to fix something and she did it rushed. Not only that but they OVERCHARGED ME. Do not believe the prices online the lady didn’t even explain and I was charged $20 more than it says online. They were practically closing the door on me to pay and get out at the end. Please if you approve appointments make sure the employees actually want to work and do their jobs correctly. If you do not have the time to complete what a costumer wants do not take them in at all! I would’ve rather they tell me there was no time. Awful experience.

Lily was the best. Found the closest gel color to the OPI polish I had chosen. Took her time. Was super careful. Was very nice to my old lady feet.

Jenny is the best nail tech I have EVER had, and I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 + years! Her attention to detail is great, and the environment is warm and friendly. Everyone there does a great job, and they all always make me feel like family! I will never go anywhere else as long as Bright Star is around

Amy is the best! Very accommodating and kind. And great on nails! Will definitely come back. My best nail experience and I've been getting my nails done here for over a year.
