I wish I could give a negative star. Very bad service in my experience. They clearly discriminate. If you are of color do not come here! I was told my wait time would be 15-20 minutes, but I waited 50 minutes patiently with no frowns or complaints. When I was finally attended to, two people worked on my service. The 1st man was sweet. However, he rushed everything and then left me waiting for about 15 minutes, then another impolite & rude lady continued. I had many interruptions & many pauses in between my service. With no apologies or emphathy & when I was attended to again, the process was rushed & not satisfying. I observed them give more focus & respect to others, hence my conclusions of the discrimination. When I finally complained after feeling so fustrated(and I was respectful in my tone & words), the lady had no ounce of empathy. No apologies, no care & very snobby. I was in the building for a total of 2 hours and was attended to for a total of less than 30 minutes. To make things worse, my toe nails were poorly painted because of the rush. I did a gel polish, yet I noticed the paint was coming off when I got home. Gel polish is not supposed to come off (FYI; I did not wear any closed toe shoes). See the photos below. I will never return here. I felt very hurt today & wasted my money. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails painted all over again. Im so sad as I write this. What a waste 😒

I recently visited US nails and it was a fantastic experience. The salon is spotless with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive and skilled. Judy took her time to ensure everything was perfect, from shaping to polish application, they have a wide variety of high quality polishes options and they pay close attention to detail, so my nails look flawless. The entire experience felt luxurious yet reasonably priced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch service and beautiful nails.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and I am just as satisfied today as I was then. They are always friendly and do a beautiful job.

three stars is beyond generous. i made a tiny mistake and i asked for a regular manicure instead of a full set ( idk the terminology 😒). anyways i reminded the lady and she got the craziest attitude. she started raising her voice, rolling her eyes and snatching things. MIND YOU she didn’t even start the process, so she didn’t even have to start over or anything inconvenient. it was super dramatic and uncalled for, it was literally a minor misunderstanding. she then proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending tone and attempt to gaslight me to avoid doing her job. the lady tried convincing me to get a regular manicure because it would be less work for her. it was the older heavier set lady who sits on the right side. on the other hand, i do really prefer the male technicians here because they’re generally nicer and actually treat you like a human being.

Absolutely loved my Christmas nails from US Nails 🎄 The team was successful at bringing my holiday nail vision to life. These nails are perfect for the season. Thank you guys ! 😊
