2025-12-20There was a time I adored Linda...she left and opened her own nail salon in Mt. Airey. Stacy, still there and who i met at another Salon is Fabulous and listens to my suggestions. Jenna... is tough. Not friendly. I was her client often but found anytime she made mistakes she preferred to walk away and assign an "unlicensed" tech to take over. I will NEVER stop in for their services again. And.... a complaint should be filed with the Dept. of Licensing for the number of un licensed technicians working on customers. Sorry Dan. You should have kept your Mom in force and not Jenna.

2025-12-12Seems to only cater to a certain group of customers. I walked in and three guys sitting around and they barely acknowledged my presence. Wanted to get my nail dipped and one of them asked if I had an appointment? In an empty shop. I walked right out.
