P Nails

I had my first experience at P Nails for a builder gel fill and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind and made me feel right at home. She really took her time with my nails, paying so much attention to detail. I left feeling so pampered and happy. I’m already looking forward to going back to P Nails when I visit again.

I had the worst experience at P Pnails that I’ve ever had in 40 years of going to nail salons. When you ask for a design, pay for that design, as well as show a picture, you would expect it to look somewhat like what you wanted or what you paid for. That did not happen. I asked for a simple moon and Holly leaf for my daughter‘s birth month flower. My five year old could have painted a better moon. On top of that my nails were not done properly. The nail tech Allie could not get the nail to even glue on I voiced my concern were these going to break off? Was it going to hurt because they were literally not glowing to my fingernails. After multiple attempts and I was told it was because it’s cold outside My nail lasted four days and broke off. Pnails refused to own up to any wrongdoing on their part and said I’d have to pay $25 for a nail color change on four nails. I paid $100 To get Holly leaf and a moon and now they want me to pay $25 to get what I wanted originally. Amanda was extremely defensive offered to fix the one broken nail for free and then took that back and said I could pay $10 to fix. I will never go back here. My advice find a better salon.

My go-to in Chestertown for full set and pedicures. Friendly, fast and comfortable. Amanda, Amy and their family do a great job!

My daughter absolutely loves her Gel Nails with snowflake designs. Her nail technician took the time to ensure that her nails were perfect. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Amanda is excellent. I randomly texted her on a Sunday and 3 min later she said I’ll meet you at the salon. She accommodated me and made me feel so Special and welcomed. This is my favorite place . Highly Recommend!!!!!
