GEL NAIL SPA

This was the WORST experience I have ever had. By the end of the conversation I tried to have with the bald man who I assume owns the spa says that “as soon as you walked in the door I knew you would be difficult.” What I asked for was very simple medium length almond nails. What I got were “shark teeth or cat claws” as my cousin and aunt say lol. When I washed my hands I noticed my finger was cut and bleeding I mentioned it saying I didn’t want my nails finished. I asked for them to be soaked off so I could go somewhere else and instead the man yelled at me claiming he didn’t cut me and it was my fault. He told me to never come back to the salon because he “wasted so much time” it took him 10 minutes tops to do the entire base and file. They are PAPER thin. He was too worried about making phone calls to connect his data to his cell phone. Should have been at least an hour will never go here again awful treatment.

Took my partner here to pamper his feet. We both had the Volcano pedicure. I added a manicure for me and a 30 minute foot massage for him. It was wonderfully relaxing! He may have even had a little nap while they worked on his feet. He was hesitant to come because he didn't like a pedicure he had out of state a few years ago. Gel Nail Spa has changed his mind, we will be coming back! The people were all very kind, and did a fantastic job. The store and equipment was clean, they used new/sterilized/packaged equipment on our manicure and pedicures. A big plus for me was we didn't feel like they were hurrying to get to the next customer.

Opened in time and ready for service. Thank you for coming through early on a holiday morning. Really needed that clean fresh full set. Service was fast but not rushed.

Thank you for the comfortable and relaxing chair and all while having a pedicure and manicure. I was welcomed by the owner and immediately seated for my session. The staff was very nice and took very good care of me and did a spectacular job!

Great pedicure. Amazing foot and leg massage. Relaxing. Love getting my toes done.
