This salon has a more relaxed feel than others in the area. Miki is incredible! Gave me one of the coolest gel manicures with design I’ve ever had. She did the flowers by hand and so quickly. She is very sweet and fun to be around and collaborate with.

I’ve been getting my nails done at PG Nails and Spa for years with Lennie as my nail technician and I refuse to go anywhere else! Lennie is hands down the BEST nail tech I’ve ever had. Not only is she kind and has become my friend, but she also is so meticulous and detail oriented when she does my nails. Any design that I ask for, she can create and do so beautifully and neatly. I also love that this salon is pristine while also being dog friendly. It’s so nice to have the freedom to bring my dog in if I need to and it’s always super clean too. Everyone is so nice and I just love this salon.

Went for a gel manicure and was left with stripped and brittle nails. Nail tech used the e-file the entire time for gel removal and destroyed my nail bed. Now my nail beds are super sensitive to cold and heat and my nails are thin as paper and constantly breaking. Notice in the pic you can see the demarcation between the damaged and healthy nail. This will take weeks to months for the damaged nail to grow out.

I’ve given this place several chances, and more times than not, I’ve left disappointed. The staff is very kind, but the quality of the nail care just isn’t there. There have been three separate occasions where things went wrong. The first involved a younger technician who drilled my natural nail so aggressively that it felt unsafe — he’s simply not gentle, and I’ve never experienced that level of neglect with nail care. Another time, I had a full set done by a different technician, and the nails started popping off like press-ons. I actually had to put them in a Ziploc bag and bring them back a week later to show the quality. I understand mistakes happen, but when customers are spending $100–$175, basic technique should be a given. Unfortunately, the third visit was the final straw — the same young tech drilled my nails down to nubs, and weeks later my natural nails are still thin and sore. I really wanted to love this place, but I can’t keep coming back. Kind people, but the skill level isn’t consistent, and if you look around the salon closely, it’s not very clean either. I hope they improve, but as it stands, I can’t recommend this location.

First timer and was thoroughly impressed. Service was excellent and everyone was so nice and accommodating!! Love my nails, Miki did a great job! Will be coming back
