Chloe's Nail & Spa

I've moved away twice and returned. There's always great technicians here. Today, Lauren, who did an amazing dip powder ombre. She also gives a thorough pedicure. Toothed point I only needed a polish change today. I like to post pictures every time I return so I'll update this review to track consistency. Lin, Vincent, and Brittany are also very talented. I've worked with them all and have no complaints.

This is the first review I’ve ever put on Google so it shows how dissatisfied I am with this nail salon. As you can tell in the pictures, my nail popped off so easily, not even two weeks after getting them done and my middle nail is also messed up as well bc only four days after getting them done it started to get loose from the bottom and then it started to try to come off from the bottom so I had to go buy nail glue from the store and glue it on so it does not come off. I had stated on the phone to the lady that I had gotten and wanted a healthy gel manicure and she said they didn’t provide that service and I said that’s fine I’ll get the regular gel . when the lady was doing my nails she asked me what kind of manicure I had before and I told her the healthy gel she instead went ahead and put a thinner coat for me saying it will look more natural but honestly, I think she was just trying to rush and get me out of there. I paid $85 for this gel manicure only and I also paid $15 tip on top of that. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I’ve worked in customer service. I know how you’re supposed to treat your clients and that is not how you treat them and way too overpriced for the quality of the nails you get I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never be coming back either.

Got my manicure at Chloe’s this weekend! (I bounce between a couple nail salons in Frederick) but I will absolutely start being a loyal customer at Chloe’s!!! Love my manicure - was looking for something “spring” and she nailed it. Even did the new pink color (GA-LINDA) from OPI’s new Wicked line on my ring finger. Felt so happy with my service when I left!

Update: I wrote my first positive review about 4 years ago. Though Vincent has taken over the task of giving me unique designs and whatever I throw at him, Mai and Brittany have still continues to impress. The atmosphere is always friendly and I love that I never walk away feeling underwhelmed by the service provided. I moved away and came back. Still doing great nails. Vincent has been handling all my design requests and at times revising when I'm being a bit extra. Love him. I love this shop! Thanks Vincent!

I come here every 3 weeks to get my nails done. Brittany is my usual tech , but they are ALL very talented and friendly! No matter what kinda CRAZY picture I find online and want done, she is pretty awesome at making it happen!! Sometimes they look even BETTER than the silly pic I showed her. I'm looking forward to my upcoming Valentine's Day treat, a relaxing Mani-Pedi my wonderful husband booked for me! See you ladies soon! And don't forget to take care of your tech, they all work VERY hard and rely on tips to make ends meet. I have been a Bartender and a server, customer service isn't easy... So make sure you TIP accordingly, if you take care of them I can assure they will take care of you!
