A&E Nails SPA

Me and my boyfriend went to this nail salon to get matching nails. They were ready for our appointment. Sat us next to each other and we're very nice. Our nails came out amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone i know.

I was in to get a full gel-x set (done by Brian) and a pedicure (by Tina). It was a good experience and I liked the finished look. Unfortunately, it’s been less than a week and two nails have fallen off (seems that they didn’t cure well as the bottom of the nail and the gel left on my nail bed are both completely smooth). For $100+ (with tip), that seems pretty short.

Beautiful nail salon and pleasant experience, but very disappointed in how my nails are holding up. I got a gel mani on Friday 9/26, the first photo is taken Monday 9/29 and they already chipping. The second photo is taken Friday 10/3 where a big chunk of polish is gone. I don’t live in the area, so there’s no way I could go back in to get them fixed.

My elderly mom is handicapped, and we go here pretty regularly. John, one of the owners, always takes care of my mother, he’s super patient, gentle, and really takes the time to make sure she’s comfortable and happy. He’s very understanding of her challenges, and she always has a great experience with him. I honestly appreciate it more than I can say. They do great work at a fair price and get things done in a reasonable amount of time. The place is super clean, bright, and still feels really relaxing. Booking online is super easy too. Plus, it’s very handicap accessible, short flat distance from handicap parking which makes a big difference for us. Overall, the customer service and extra care they give is top-notch.

This was my first time trying A&E, and these might be my favorite nails I’ve had as well as definitely the best experience. I called ahead and they were very accommodating with scheduling, when I arrived all of the team was friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure talking to everyone, the salon is very clean and well decorated, they had music playing which was nice as well, and the chair didn’t leave my back hurting even after two hours. Anyways, the nails; I came in with multiple different inspiration pictures, told Yoyo which I liked, and she combined them beautifully. She was so beyond attentive and thorough with her details, she truly listened and made the experience wonderful. She took her time and I enjoyed every minute. It’s extremely obvious her whole heart is in what she does, I am so thankful I found A&E nails and couldn’t possibly recommend them more. I love my nails!
