a fill in, cut down, and repair on 2 nails was only $45. the nail techs were communicative, and their skills were better than i’ve seen in a long time at places that charge much more. i keep staring at my nails because the polish application is so perfect. highly recommend!

My experience was so great here. Rachel was so awesome she made sure I was happy after every step so she could change anything and she did such a great job! I will definitely be back.

Rachel was super nice and did a great job! I really liked when she would pull out a new tool to use she would always ask me if it hurt. (It never did hurt, but I was glad she asked every time)

Very bad service There is no accountability for customer satisfaction for the entire process Not ready to have any conversation before, during, or after service, not at all friendly or welcoming behavior. The nails look bad after their service, I politely asked for what are the options since I am not happy how they look. Forget about a refund. They didn't even bother to ask to fix or take it off. They charge $40 for overall service, and yet they don't care about customer satisfaction Update on your reply: I use press on nails on the same wide nails. They look better and on price point are way cheaper. The idea of taking $40 service is to have it more personalized and have them last longer. The other salon was able to repair them and make it look like the picture. Don't try to give lame excuses in reply. I did ask for your suggestions and recommendations on what goes well with first-time customers and which shape would look good, will this inspiration look good, etc, there were barely any responses. Just handing shade books to pick color and price sheet is not friendly service. I would suggest you be open to critical feedback and not take clients' feedback as criticism and shame them in public for their natural nail shape. You need improvement in your shaping. Many other customers in the review section have criticized you for this.

I’ve been coming to Kim nails for at least 4 years! Mrs. May & Mrs.Lee are the absolute BEST! Great customer service. Your nails are neat and clean. They take their time. My daughter and I won’t go ANYWHERE else! I recommend here! You won’t be disappointed 🤎
