Ivy is really that girl. The cats eye nails look soooo pretty! She truly did an amazing job. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and talented. I got gel extensions + gel pedicure (side note, I appreciated the fact that I was not pressured to upgrade my level of service). The gel pedicure looks really good too, no polish on my skin or flooded cuticles. Also so thankful she didn’t go crazy on my cuticles!! The rest is just dry skin. So many places destroy your cuticles and I’m so happy she didn’t. 10/10 she slayed, thank God I have a nail tech now ♥︎

Mia did such an amazing job on my acrylic nails & gel toes, I was hesitant as I always am trying a new salon but they were super welcoming and truly she did an amazing job! 10/10 recommend her!

I had a pretty bad experience coming here yesterday with my friend from an older, Chinese woman that works there. Not sure if she’s the manager or not, but it would be pretty depressing if she is. My friend and I went in to get our nails done together and the old woman working there decided to sit my friend first, even though she was aware that I was ready and my friend wasn’t yet (my friend commented on this later). Anyway, she left me standing there awkwardly for a while until another woman working there told me to sit down on one of the chairs. Anyway, I waited for about 15+ mins, sitting far away from my friend, until I was moved to another chair and Liv (I believe her name is) came over to do my nails. I’ve gone to her once before and she’s always been very kind to me. She did an amazing job like last time I was there, but when we were done, my friend told me everything. She explained that the old woman doing her nails hurt her finger while buffering and never apologized or disinfected the wound. And before she hurt her, she told my friend that she’d give her a discount, but not to let me know about :( I usually follow my instinct on these things because it’s happened before, and I definitely felt she was discriminating against me since the moment I walked in. Anyway, my nails turned out amazing, but my friend was pretty upset about how she wasn’t given many color options for her nails, how unprofessional the old woman was by hurting her and making comments like that about me, and pressuring her to get gel nails. Apparently, she also started cleaning the cuticle or whatever after she already did her acrylics and nail polish. As much as I like Liv, that old woman made the experience pretty bad for both of us, so we’re definitely never coming back to that place again. I don’t know what her name is, but she seemed to be the oldest one there and I’d avoid her.

I have been a loyal customer since they first opened. Yesterday I went and got a basic pedicure… while I’m not typically picky about my toes. I just feel like the male that did my pedicure was rushing and completing the bare minimum. Scrub the feet with my feet resting on the pedicure end part where you place your feet but usually the women hold the feet up at least to get the bottom and then resting it down. I somewhat let it go, with feeling like I was being rushed out the chair I didn’t even take a moment to look at my toes.

Mia did my nails today. I told her I wanted something Spring related but make it simple and she delivered. I love my nails! I love that they tell you the prices in advance so you know what you’re about to pay for. 7-14-23 Went again for French tips and gel pedicure. Very happy with the work!
