This was my first visit, all in all, a decent experience however my friend and I got the same Spa Pedicure, and hers was 10 minutes longer, due to the massage she received. So, I guess it depends who you get. There are a lot of nail techs.I will return as they were courteous, and did a good job. We booked in advance and they honored the appointment time very punctually.

I have given this place many chances when getting my nails done, and i have been disappointed all but one time. I have had different people do my nails each time, so it isn't just one nail tech's fault. Today was the last straw. I asked to get my acrylics soaked off and to get a new full set. The tech proceeded to clip my nails down to nothing, with my previous acrylic still on my nails, which caused pain and sore fingers. Then they peeled the remaining acrylic off of my nail instead of soaking them off, causing more pain. I have spoken to management about my experiences in the past, but unfortunately I am led to believe, based on the practices of 4+ techs, that these short cuts that cause pain are acceptable here. Word of advice, don't go here, spend you money somewhere that actually cares about the health of your nails.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Bella's I regret not reading the reviews before booking an appointment at Bella’s. On October 5th, I scheduled pedicures for myself, my 30-year-old daughter, and my 86-year-old mother. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Our appointment was mishandled from the start. One pedicure began 15 minutes late, and after 45 minutes, a second was started. No one ever came to begin the third. Most upsetting was that my elderly mother was left with her feet soaking in cold water for 45 minutes without any attention or communication. Despite the delay, there was no apology or effort to make things right. At 11:30, we were told to wait “five more minutes” due to staff arriving late. That was the only communication we received. When we eventually walked out, no one acknowledged us or offered any explanation. This lack of professionalism and disregard—especially toward an elderly client—is unacceptable. Businesses that treat customers, particularly seniors, with such indifference should seriously reconsider their standards of care. As a lifelong resident of Annapolis, I will be sharing this experience widely. I sincerely hope Bella’s takes steps to improve their service and accountability.

I have been going to Bella for more than ten years. I have known Wil for that same amount of time. He had his first daughter while I had my fourth grandchild-we share experiences and the salon is always friendly and accommodating. Bella is a fantastic salon!
