Serene always does a great job, they take their time and ensure my nails turn out perfectly executed to whatever Pinterest inspiration I find. It’s clean, they’re friendly, and I 10/10 recommend.

First visit today with my mom and daughter—what a wonderful experience! We had 3 deluxe pedicures, a regular manicure, and a gel manicure. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing, and all three of us absolutely love our nails! Such a pleasure—we’ll definitely be back!

Getting your nails done at Serene nails is a true spa like experience. They staff are so friendly and kind. It is a happy serene place. Also, the nail tech I go to is an expert at doing nails! My nails always look so real. This is the best nail shop! You have to try it!

As a new customer I am very disappointed. I came here for a classic pedicure, and things were going well until Phil(?) stopped in the middle of it to schedule an appointment for two ladies who are clearly regulars. No apology was offered nor did he ever change his gloves after touching everything while tending to the other customer. For the pedicure, I requested for my big toenails to be cut down. He cut one toenail at a slant which made it crooked. He did not offer a solution on how to fix it, he just went on to his next customer. After some time I ended up asking another nail tech to fix my nail, which ended with Phil raising his voice to me because he didn't know how to fix my nail. I told him I'm not paying for a service I'm not happy with. Problem was fixed by the other nail tech and I left satisfied. However, I will not be back.

This was the most horrible experience I've had at a nail salon ever. My daughter and I got pedicures at the end of last week. Within 1 day my daughter's nail color already started to come off on at least 3 nails. I called that day and asked if they could fix her nails this week because we were going away and wouldn't be able to come in until this week. I called today to see if she could come in to have her color corrected on Friday. The guy I spoke with asked why she couldn't come in today and that it was a problem on Friday morning since it was the weekend. I explained that my daughter still has school and sports and the earliest would be Friday morning. He asked again if she could come in now and I told him again that she couldn't come in tonight. I told him I was frustrated that this was our first time here and after calling to confirm we could in this week it was now a problem and that we paid for this service and gave him our business and now he isn't willing to correct the mistake his salon made. He then got extremely nasty with me and saying not to talk about the business with him and then getting mad at me like I was the problem. We went back and forth a few more times and he accused me of wanting them to give her another pedicure because I waited when all I wanted was for her nail color to be fixed on her toes. He kept saying I should of brought her in earlier and that I needed to bring her in tonight if I wanted them to fix it. I'm not sure if he understands we went away and then my kids are in school and it's not like I was waiting to come in whenever. The guy told me when I called him last week anytime this week would be fine and they could do that. This was the same guy I spoke with today and he was so rude and I got the impression they only care about the money they are making and not their customers. He didn't care about my daughter at all. I will never ever go back here and they are awful and the worst nail salon I've ever been too.
