Envision Nails

I recently had Tom as my nail technician who is the reason why I am leaving a review. He is very skilled and detailed. He did my nails exactly how they should be done. The acrylic application was not too thick or thin. He was meticulous and did not hurt me with the drills or filing. I asked for coffin shape and they came out beautiful. Everything from nail prep to polish was done perfectly. I highly recommend going to Tom. Also, the manager Lena is very sweet and friendly. She always makes sure to greet me and even ask about my kids. Great customer service!

The most relaxing pedicure I have had. Their prices are a bit high and is the only reason I wouldn’t go back. They charge for small things. But it’s absolutely worth it for the relaxation and quality. My pedicure lasted me awhile. Nails still were very cute just high in pricing.

I recently visited envision nails for a pedicure and manicure, and while my pedicure was great, my experience with the manicure was disappointing and painful. I requested a specific shade of red for my nails, but unfortunately, the color I received wasn’t what I had hoped for. Worse, during the manicure, the technician over-filed my nails to the point that she filed into the fleshy part of my nail beds. This caused significant discomfort, and I was shocked to see that none of the other staff members, who were watching, intervened or offered any guidance. As someone who rides a motorcycle and needs to wear gloves regularly, this has made my fingertips incredibly sore and sensitive. It’s frustrating to feel this level of pain due to what I believe was a lack of care and professionalism. I expected better, especially from a salon with such a good reputation. I really hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future. Attached are the photos of the inspiration photo, and the others are the fingers the technician mangled.

I’m out of town on work and needed my nails done, was able to get a same day appointment Lisa did a full set French and a gel pedicure. She was AWESOME first: her personality 10/10 her attention to detail 10/10 Everything was perfect everyone is super nice and the price over the phone ended up being higher because they charge less if you pay cash. Definitely recommend very clean salon and everyone was very nice
