Jenny is absolutely amazing! She is so talented and meticulous with her work—every set of nails she’s done for me has been flawless. She takes her time to make sure the shape, color, and design are perfect, and I always leave feeling so happy and confident. On top of her skill, Jenny is incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. I constantly get compliments on my nails, and it’s all thanks to her! Overall great experience here. They’ve fit me in last minute as my schedule doesn’t always allow me to make appointments ahead of time. They are very professional, considerate, and take good care of their clients. I usually bring a reference photo for specific designs and they always do a great job creating what I want. Also very reasonably priced at only $35 for a gel manicure.

This nail salon was excellent! It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The salon was busy when I arrived for my appointment but they got me right in without any wait time at all. The nail technician was excellent and did a great job. She was clearly very experienced and worked quickly and efficiently. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wanted my nails trimmed shorter than the technician made them. She did not want to trim them anymore. I’m not sure why. She told me that she couldn’t make them any shorter but I have had my nails cut shorter at other salons on many occasions. She finally agreed to make them a tiny bit shorter but she gave a big sigh and stopped conversing with me. At the same time I was getting my nails done my daughter was getting a manicure with another technician and she did an outstanding job. I definitely recommend this nail salon if you are looking for skilled, experienced nail technicians who are friendly and welcoming, this is the salon for you!

I live in CA and was in town visiting family, had no idea which salon to call. I called Cozy to inquire about walk-in appts for the next day and was told to come at 9. She didn’t ask my name , and based on personal experience with salons back in CA I wrongly assumed “come in at 9” was a casual response to just come in around 9. Nope, I found out when I walked in at 930 I had been expected at 9! My bad. I would have completely understood if I was told to come back later (it was getting busy). She looked at the time and said to pick out a color. I explained I had to be somewhere in 2 hours, was she sure there was time? “Yes, pick out a color”. A gentleman gave me the book of colors and 30 seconds later i was seated and he got to work. Not only was he efficient, he was extremely gentle taking off the old gel and cleaning up my my ticklish feet. Stellar experience from start to finish, 45 minutes later I was walking out to car with a beautiful gel pedicure and enough time to write this review before I head to Brunswick. I am so appreciative, and will definitely be back next time I visit. Highly recommend!

I got gel extensions and a design and was so happy with them! I have small nails and designs usually look chunky since there’s not much space to work with but these turned out fantastic, I really couldn’t be happier. Everyone was very nice and overall a very good vibe to the place. Highly recommend!
