I personally like to call to ensure my appointment is going to be available. Walk ins are accepted. The atmosphere and staff are super pleasant. Easy going to talk to, they are accommodating and will help you. It is so organized inside. Theres a table top that has all the nail polish book options for color samples and they have a nice great big wall of colors polish as well. The services they offer are, manicures to pedicures, waxing and more. They do an excellent job at taking care of each individual client to ensure they get proper care. I have gotten classic French nails to a basic color, if you want to go fancy you can even get designs done and added jewels. Love my nails everytime I leave. If you dont like something, communicate kindly and politely and they will deliver what you want. 10/10 THANK YOU Cindy's Nails for the business and the partnership

As much as I love this place, i am so disappointed. I went in yesterday afternoon. It was busy as expected. I asked for a dip, i was told it would be a few minutes. Totally fine. Probably 10 minutes later the gentleman came over and started to take my polish off. Long story short i was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Start to finish. No nail shaping,no massage,not even taking the color off of my skin from the dip. The price has gone up and I still left a more than 20% tip but do you job! If you are going to take in as many customers as you can then make sure you do the job correctly. I shouldn't have had to come home and shape my own nails

I called Cindy’s for pricing and availability for a pedicure and they were able to get me right in within a half hour! I arrived and was asked to choose my color, I wanted French tips and gel polish, so I was asked to have a seat. After a few short minutes my chair was ready for me. I could tell by the conversations going on that many customers were regulars. The massage chair was enjoyable while I was having my service. The technician did a very good job. When I paid, there was a note at the counter asking for tips in cash. I did not have cash and was able to add a gratuity to my charge. I’m new to the area as I moved a few months ago to York. I will definitely be at this business on a regular basis.

Worst experience. Rude service. Not kind. Made me feel very uncomfortable. My friend made us appointment , who has gone a couple of times. This was by far her worst experience as well. The service was cold and not welcoming to me. Also my nail tech aggressively pulled the toe separators and through at the trash. I was so offended I pulled my other toe separator out before she could do it to my other foot.

Service are so good!! The work they made is amazing. Great customer service great nails!
