They really take care of you here. Extremely friendly service, and they make sure to ask what you want and do it right. I got a beautiful dip powder done that I can tell will last much longer than manicures I've gotten at other places. The salon is also quite spacious, so you can sit comfortably without feeling like you're on top of other people. Definitely stop her for your nails if you're in the Conway area!

I visited this salon a while back for long coffin acrylics. About a week later I had to remove them for budget related reasons, and when I did, I noticed some green staining on my natural nails. It surprised me, since I’ve been doing my own press-ons since 2014 and I’ve never had an issue with greenies before. I want to be really clear that I’m not trying to speak badly about the salon. Their beautiful work and all the positive reviews are what encouraged me to go there in the first place. This is just my personal experience, and I’m not trying to give them a bad reputation in any way. The salon itself looks very clean, and I can see why so many people love it. In my case, the tips weren’t glued on fully before the acrylic was applied, which may have contributed to what happened. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and I truly understand that. What stood out to me most was simply feeling a little out of place when I walked in and asked for acrylics as a man. It was a subtle feeling, but enough to make me a bit uncomfortable. I know other men, especially gay men like myself, can sometimes relate to that feeling in certain spaces, which is why I thought it might be helpful to share. The women in the reviews clearly had wonderful experiences, and I genuinely wish mine had been the same. I’m sharing this only so others who might feel the way I did can be aware, not to discourage anyone or harm the salon’s reputation. Everyone’s experience is different, and this was just mine.

I just had the best pedicure ever!! Van and Koko were amazing! The massage was the best I’ve had during a pedi. Their attention to details and making sure their customers are happy was a clear priority. Also, the complimentary wine was a fun treat! I chose a sweet Moscato but they offered 3 choices! We are here for vacation and my daughter and I decided we needed our dip nails done. I called and they told us to come right over. When we got there I asked if we could also get pedicures and they absolutely! Truly a gem! This is a new part of our North Conway tradition now!

They are so sweet in there I used to go to Katie’s nails and because they are always so busy it was always a rushed experience star nails went above and beyond in making sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted they interacted with my 6 month old daughter while I had my nails done they were very meticulous in getting my nails to the exact shape I asked for all of my nails are the same shape and size they really did a great job I love the fact that they give you their undivided attention during your time there boo getting up to every few minutes to answer the phone or help another customer they stay with you from beginning to end! I will continue to go here from now on! Thank you coco and hubby for the great conversation and warm welcome !

Beautiful facility , clean. Went in as walk in and we were worked right in . Excellent pedicure, happy with the signature pedicure we received , great massage and polish job. I’ll absolutely return My new favorite Star nails ! I came back for my nails and its looks amazing ! Thank you so much Van and Coco. Always Amazing I Love Star Nails !
